Total Immersion Racing - Used
Fun GT Style Racing
Fast spaced GT racing game with cars from GT, GT-S and Prototype class. Like in the real GT racing event, cars from all three classes are on the track at the same type. So you will not only be racing against your rivals in your class but also against other in faster or slower cars in other classes. The unique feature of this game is rivals. As you bump, push other cars to get ahead, you develop rivals that will try and prevent you from winning. They will also bump and push you off the track.
The tracks are from real venue tracks from around the world.
An excellent racing game both simulation or arcade style racers.
The Average Racing Game
This was the first game I got when the Playstation 2 came out years ago. For some reason, I still have the game after 11 years. I decided to go back to the good old days and take a break from my Xbox 360.
When I started the game, I chose to do a quick race. As expected, out of the many cars to choose from, you have only a few unlocked at first. Now, these cars are not street cars, they are similar to race cars in European races (the ones that are non-F1's nor NASCAR's). The feel of driving felt like Gran Turismo, so it was easy to make any adjustments from other games.
Other than that, there's really nothing spectacular about this game, other than it was probably one of the first games to be produced for the Playstation 2. However, I would highly recommend Gran Turismo 3 if you were looking for a racing game for the Playstation 2.
