Soul Nomad and The World Eaters
one word: AMAZING! 11/10
An amazing game, one of the first SRPGs i could get into for multiple hours :D. This game is creative and unique and you really get attatched to the characters like Dannete and Gig. Graphically, its nothing special, but the way they use those graphics is what made the game for me. If you like Fire Emblem and Advanced Wars, this game is perfect for you. A lengthy game ( i took 30 hrs.), and with the multiple play throughs, this game has a very strong replay value. So just buy the game, and you'll know what im talking about :D Enjoy!
best SRPG ever!!
while at first it may seem slow after a couple maps you will be addicted with the inspection option you can train characters expand your room occupancy and upgrade your decor. another fun part is after your first play through you can be evil rather than good opening up a whole other set of possibilities. the only problem is that if your squad leader dies the whole team dies but the best part is the fact that you pick whether the hero aka you are female or male (may or may not affect things) as well as name them. also there are multiple endings based on who you worked with more often leading to many outcomes. plus for all you asagi fans you can recruit asagi after a long long streak of leveling up. this is the epitome of nippon ichi software games for the ps2.
Another NIS masterpiece...more sleepless nights
Without a doubt, NIS will once again deliver a top shelf premiere SRPG experience. If you have seen the trailer - if not I recommend you search for it - you can see more of the same great tactical combat you hav grown to love, along with many unique twists and options that only Nippon Ichi delivers. Fans of RPG's, SRPG's, or great gaming in general get this game. As a veteran of La Pucelle, Disgaea and Disgaea 2, Makai Kingdom and Phantom Brave, NIS never disappoints - when it develops the games - it's fans. Buy this title.
You can't miss with NIS
Another gem soon to be delivered by NIS, merging concepts of one of the first great TRPGs "Ogre Battle" with their own award winning systems made so popular with Disgaea! Put on a pot of coffee and enjoy!
