Rated 9 out of 10 by Marcieness Get those bolts!
This game rocks. It keeps up the same attire and mystery that the other Ratchet and Clank games instilled in the player. There are, however, some objections. The Storyline is AMAZING, but the story is too short! This is probably due to the fact that this was originally a PSP game, therefore it couldn't be too long. I think that they should've expanded it a bit for the PS2 though. The graphics are awesome, and it has the same funny cheesey punchline jokes that make you laugh. The game is super hard though. Some of the sections I had to redo over and over, and I still haven't been able to beat it (the end us VERY challenging). So sometimes it can be a bit frustrating. Online guides are pretty good at explaining how to pass it. Also, the weapons aren't all the same weapons they had from past games, so you need to level them up and learn how to use them properly before moving onto the really challenging bad guys. Overall though, I really enjoyed this game. The storyline just ROCKS!

Rated 6 out of 10 by a serious gamer I've seen better...
I am a gammer 24/7 and 80% of it are on ratchet and clank games. I'm disappointed with this game. For one thing its not made by insomniac games. the graphics you can tell are from PSP and are blocky. It does come with progressive scan and surround sound options but it doesn't make much of a difference. I have 100% all ratchet and clank games except this one. Not because its hard but because its boring and not worth it to do it. i got all platinum bolts and half skill points but I gave up because I got too bored. trust me but leave this game for the PSP . its not meant for Playstation 2. Another thing is that the game is too short. Its only 9 levels long. but the upgrading weapons is what takes all the time. Overall i would rate this game a 6. This rating is mostly on the fact that it gets boring unlike the other ratchet and clanks. Not enough action in it.

Rated 10 out of 10 by Ratchet Expert Size Matters is another great game to add to the collection
At first I saw this game as something that would be a little bad. I was thinking "this will be weird switching a PSP game to a PS2 game. The graphics will be all screwed up." When I decided to finally get this game to try it I had a new change of heart. This game shows an excellent storyline that makes Ratchet and Clank lovers feel the righteousness of gaming. This game was awesome and would definitely recommend to a Ratchet and Clank lover like myself. This game kept the gaming series alive as a PSP game converting to a PS2 game. Ever since I got interested in the series I got hooked to ever game after that. The sensation of blowing robots to fiery bits and epic space battles in Ratchet's ship or even battling in space as Clank gave these games what they nedd to really rip ya a new one!

Rated 1 out of 10 by racer101 not good
You know that when I got this game I thought that it would be great but it is not the graphics suck and the story line is hard to follow. The game its self takes up a lot of space on your memory card and the way you do stuff is totally different from the past games. The weapons are hard to get and cost a lot of bolts. Beware you must have alot of patience because you have to go the long way and you will die alot I promise I have died probably 100 times per level. Not for someone that likes an easy way out the way you use the controller is different. Personally I expected more from the rachet and clank saga. They really dropped the ball on this one maybe next time will be better. Though will continue to play and/or buy the rachet and clank games would not recommend this game to my enemy.

Rated 2 out of 10 by xixsfas One of the worst games I have ever played.
This game is pure mediocre. I mean sure, the graphics and gameplay are decent, but the story? Never realized there even was one until the end of the game. Sounds? The worst sound affects I have ever heard. The characters? I despised every single one. The enemies are not fun to defeat, they're only cheap. They take away the same percent of life no matter how high it is. Frustrating as ever. The weapons were decent though, with a very cool upgrading system. The armor seemed a little pointless though, seeing how the enemies were very cheap. The villain(s) sucked. Even in a series as mediocre as Ratchet and Clank, this is the worst out of all of them. Stay away from this game. Save your money on a better game. Do not waste your time with this awful excuse for a Jak and Daxter rip-off.

Rated 4 out of 10 by Sidewindar This game is so bad
I have played every other Ratchet and Clank game and loved them...I was a serious R&C fan. This game is just awful. The graphics are horrible, the controls lag, the weapons are lame, and Clanks voice sounds different. I was willing to give the game a try after reading negative reviews, but after the first air board race I wanted to pull my hair out. The board slide all around the screen and I would crash into nothing because the graphics are so bad the landscape just does not appear. Another thing that is awful are the cut scenes, they look worse then the actual game. It makes me sad that a series this good has such a bad game in it. Even if you are an avid fan of the series playing through this will be hard to stomach. Please, save yourself the money and do not get this game!

Rated 8 out of 10 by Ratchetfan Size matters: Good.
Lets start off by saying that this game is a great to add to your Ratchet and Clank collection, and it takes place after Ratchet Deadlocked (Gladiator). This is the 5 installment of this series. Size Matters was not created by Insomniac. (Unlike the others that were). It was made by a company by the name: "High Impact Games." The beginning of the game starts off by Ratchet and Clank chilling out on Pokitaru after there hard work. (no spoilers!) as the game progresses, the story line gets better and better. This is a must have for the Die-hard Ratchet fans. There are some clank parts to this but mostly is part on Ratchet. Although the gameplay and camera control can't compete to the past installments, this is a good game for a Ratchet and Clank lover.

Rated 0 out of 10 by hostsofspaceworld12 It's On The PS2!?!
Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters is coming to the PS2?!? This is awesome! I played the first one at my friends house and I was instantly hooked by the weapons, graphics, sceanary, and pretty much the entire game play! I played Size Matters on my brothers PSP and I beat it for him at least 3 times. I love it, this is my favorite series on the PS2. I hope they bring Future Tools to the playstation too. I love the way Sony lets you literary blow everything up and I just love explosions. This is the perfect combo of weapons, graphics, gameplay, and EXPLOSIONS!!!!!!!

Rated 10 out of 10 by ChambersJ91 Great Game, and a Short Game in one!
It is really a great game. It is a little bit challenging but it is fun. It wouldn't be fun if it wasn't challenging. I've beat the game twice but have never moved on to the 2nd challenge round which I am close to now. I have a bad habit of starting new games. Some of this is puzzling but rewarding. All the armor in it is great. Weapons are awesome especailly when you upgrade them. I do agree that it does have a very short story line. Could have been longer but owell you don't get everything you want most of the time. I would recommend this.

Rated 3 out of 10 by wizzard DANGER: worst ratchet and clank game there is
this is the worst ratchet and clank game ever. the graphics are horrible. the camera and playability have never been worse.this game is so underdeveloped for the ps2 that i felt like it was not battling the enemies but the horrible playability and movement of ratchet. the weapons have never been so stupid. and the story line is straight from the comics. if you are looking for ratchet and clank at its best then i would recommend either the ps3 ones or Up Your Arsenal or Deadlocked. this game is embarrasing to this great franchise.
