Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords
This game is so addictive
I started by playing the PC version. I think it was back int the 90's. It kind of reminds me how I used to have my own way of learning the tricks on the FF9 card game. It may seem easy to the naked eye, but I warn you, some things seem so easy they are hard. I think that is the main misconception of this game being totally under-rated. Once you build a citadel fully, there is so much more to the game. Because I believe that is when you can start honing your skills by not only gaining levels, but what they are going to be equipped with magically and armor-wise as well. You also have the option to buy your way up the level ladder!! Then on top of that you can learn your enemy's best spells, and also recruite some of the creatures you have beaten a certain amount of times.
The RPG elements are bette than a lot of games.
I liked them better than FFTA. I play the PSP version (which sells better than the DS version) more than other PSP games. I still want this for my PS2. I hate the X360 version bumped this version to November, it was scheduled for Oct. at first. These games can come out yesterday, seeing how it's a PC game also.
Porting is a sad, sad thing
Seeing as there are no more "System Exclusive Titles", one would begin to wonder what's so interesting about a "Bejeweled with a Story" clone/port. It's interesting on the DS, but on a PS2? It might be interesting though...seeing as this is a DS port to a PS2 and how it stacks up.
