Predator: Concrete Jungle
This game is a pretty fun game for predator fans, because it shows how the predator is so awesome and how he strikes at the perfect moment. The weapons in the game are just like from the movies. The graphics and the combat in the game are both okay and great. The character designs in the game are good just like the voice actors and i feel that its a challenging game. it is really cool to use the predators technology and stealth throughout the game.I am glad that i got a chance to play this epic game.It is definitely a game i would recommend to rent or buy. i was really excited when this game first came out. The story-line is just great it fits the game perfectly, but this game could have some improving but its still a good game.it gets a 7/10.
Good ideas but one disasterous flaw
This game is a new and interesting twist on the Predator universe, the storyline of the game is very well done and keeps you interested. The characters are in depth and the graphics are stunning. The Predator's weapons and gadgets dominate the game. All of the signature weapons from the movies are present and fun to use. The combat system is sound and not too difficult to get the hang of. There is only one real flaw involving the gameplay and it nearly ruins this otherwise very well done game. Almost the entire game (game play wise) runs off your skill at using your trade mark invisibility cloak. The problem is that this single feature was done so poorly it's detrimental. The cloak is very difficult to utilize and is easily detected by your enemies. Using it properly means moving so slowly that one level would take hours to complete, where as your enemies cloaks (yes they have them too, it's another interesting catch in the storyline) are very difficult to spot in the middle of a face paced battle. And the majority of the game involves using it to escape serious bodily harm. Not to mention there are plenty of enemies that can just plain see you even when your standing still. These include robots, pretty much all bosses, and the infamous Xenomorphs from the Aliens movies. This would have made a very good movie, the ideas are fresh and the game is entertaining. The only problem, sadly enough is actually trying to play and beat it.
Hunt To Kill
The game basically is one of the best games for the Predator, why? this game is like Splinter Cell and Manhunt mixed together. I think the PS2 version is the best version of Concrete Jungle i do not know why people hate this game on the PS2 for me the XBOX version sucked, any way get this game. Good luck finding it on a Gamestop near you.
