Medal of Honor Rising Sun
Fun and realistic
A very fun and realistic game, it really makes you feel like you're immersed in the experience, and it's different from Call of Duty in a lot of ways. A classic for the PS2. Next time you're at your local GameStop, search for this game. Enjoy.
Not as good as Frontline, but still a solid game!
This could be where Electronic Arts started to care less about the Medal Of Honor series. Rising Sun is set in the Pacific Theatre of World War 2. Even though the missions are somewhat long, there is still not enough gameplay! This game could've used a couple more missions. The ending was terrible. The soundtrack was descent, but maybe they should've let Michael Giacchino make this soundtrack as well! No offense to Christopher Lennertz. The controls are easy, the gameplay is solid, graphics are solid, soundtrack is average, but you will still find yourself enjoying this game. This is a good World War 2 based FPS and worth the buy!
A great game for it's money's worth.
This was a decent game. The graphics were "good", but not "great." The sound was awsome. You can play 2 players or 4 with Multi-tap. If you're playing alone, but want to play with other players, that's why they give the option to play around with bots! I also like that you can have custom controlls.
medal of honor series is good
The whole medal of honor series is good but I like this game the best and it has the best multiplayer game.
one of the best war games i on the ps2
THE GOOD- good sense of interaction with the envirnment, many different guns that all pack a punch, if you take an enemy turrent the enemy will charge at you, turrents make you fell indistructuble, great level designs especialy the hotel, many bonus missions. THE OK- I found that you will need to play this game with the volume turned down because the gunfire sounds are too loud but you can probably fix that in the options, the way you save the game is you find save icons throughout the level which was a nice choice meaning you don not have to use the pause menu. THE BAD- graphics are not that good, enemies jump out at predictble moments
Its a good sequel to one of my favorite ps2 games medal of honor frontline. This game goes to the bombing of pearl harbor which is one of my favorite ww2 event (to study about) this game has multiplayer unlike the prequel. overall better than its prequel.
This is my least favorite in the series, the graphics were the same as frontline, the HUD is the same. The only thing different is the setting. This game was not bad, but not great
Pretty Good Title
Alright well I played this on the GameCube with some family at a party and I was impressed. I finally bought it but for the Ps2. I didn't see much changes but this is a good game. I wanna play it with my cousin because we'd have fun with it. I recommend it because it is affordable and pretty fun. I don't play much war games including call of duty games but this game caught my eye. Also it has scenes of the actual wars which is pretty cool.
Do not get this game or you will crash and burn. If you are going to buy this game you are only throwing it in the black hole of no return
Best MoH ever
i rebought this game after the newer fps games like Black Ops and Battlefield started to get repetitive and boring and this game has made me remember why the old games were the best
