Best platformer ever
Move aside Mario, helllooo Klonoa. I've been a huge fan of Klonoa for years, and for some reason, this game has gotten no reviews, so I figured I might as well be the first. This game was amazing! Technically there isn't much "replay" value, per se, but I've ended up replaying the game a countless number of times... Either way, I really loved Klonoa 2. Graphics are very cutesy. Even though it's now "next-gen" with the PS3 and whatnot, the graphics holds up pretty well as it doesn't even try to incorporate realism. Everything is just little blobs of sweetness. The plot, while nothing amazing, keeps your attention and is surprisingly deep at times, considering it's "aimed" at children. Gameplay is super fun. Klonoa, the main character, has a "ring" in which you can capture enemies and use them to jump higher than you could otherwise. To newcomers, this might sound weird, but it works really well. I really recommend this game to any gamer, but especially those who are fond of platformers.
