best Godzilla game ever created in history!!!!!!!!
it is a game any major Godzilla fan needs 2 buy it has all ur favorite monsters and it includes a bonus monsters the desginers made up. it has a good how should i pute this...aroma too it. it has very good graphics and the gameplay is amazing, and multiplayer is, i dont even know how 2 describe it besides VERY ADDICTIVE!!! im not kidding order it right now i promise u will not regret it
if u r a fan Godzilla this is the perfect game 4 u
this is a game for people who like 2 compete on every little thing. It is allot better than Godzilla: save the earth. it has a wide range of characters 2 choose from (i personaly like godzilla 2000 the best) and thier is also a bonus character the designers made up. i play it all the time, i think its pretty addictive and lots of fun! so if u are a major Godzilla fan pick up this game and play it RIGHT AWAY!!!
this game is really epic iv,e been waiting for mouths to get this its pretty epic the only problem is that the game goes kind of slow so besides that its a epic game so yeah I give it a 9.
i like that u can make battles like choose your enemy & setting but u should make a game with a adventure
I really thought this game would be better, but it wasen't. i think save the earth was better, but this did rack some pionts. For one thing, there were much more monsters. Not to mention very different gaming enviorments. In this game the world is being throw into chaos by someone or something (I ain't givin it away). Anyway becuase of this you get to play in major cities with all sorts of problems like eartquakes, molten rock coming out of the ground, and huge drops in tempretures, hooray for flash floods! This game is a good Godzilla game even though they gave stuff to the Wii that they didn't give to the Ps2's version. If you have save the earth, not much of a diffrence and probbaly should just stick with not buying it. BUT if you have played it somewhere else or just have looked at it and thought it looked really cool, go ahead buy it, you'll have fun.
not the best and not the worst
This Godzilla game isn't the best Godzilla game but still, it isn't the worst. It has more Godzilla monsters than Save the Earth did but they took away a lot of the arenas which I didn't like. One of the good parts is that Battra is a playable character which is one of the only reasons why I kept this game. They took away the feature where you can turn off night and day but I never really used that in the previous two godzilla titles. And the graphics are way above normal although it is only a little better than Save the Earth. I think they made a good choice putting in one of the monsters that the creators made up in the game although I would've liked Krystalak better than Obsidious. In the end, this game is a good one but I still think save the earth deserves a little more credit because it is the best godzilla on ps2 (at least thats what I think) and unleashed (on ps2) isn't far behind. It gets 70%.
a little better than save the earth
this game is somewhat better than Godzilla save the earth. The reason? it has less monsters than S.T.E. but it makes up for it with an awsome fun story mode where you can acculy control your destiny, unlike most games. Sadly, the story mode takes only around 3 hours to beat, but theres 17 monsters to beat it with, and of course theres "brawl" mode. Also theres no longer a minigame interface or survival mode. =( (you also get to choose your character for story mode ) It also makes up with newer monsters like batra and fire rodan. The new evil power crystals idea is kool but any smart godzilla game player knows that when there are space crystals all over the place, only one monster can be responsible. Never mind, i shouldn't tell you, you'll just have to buy it! ( NEVER EVER EVER RENT THIS GAME.YOU'LL PROBABLY END UP BEGGING THE CASHIER TO LET YOU BUY IT. ) Maybe this game is more than a little better than S.T.E....(it is)
Not Worth Buying
Unless you can buy it for cheap don't buy it. Rent it instead. I beat the story mode in 3hrs! I never played such a short game in my life. Pros: Has alot of TOHO's monsters in it. Almost everyhting in the environment is destructible or throwable. Great monster roars and sounds. Graphics are decent. Cons: Really, really, really short story mode. Cutscenes seem unfinished and made for a lesser console like Playstation 1. Aiming is erratic at best, sometimes you hit the other monsters and sometimes you hit buidlings nearby instead. Instead of beating the monsters in some of the story mode chapters all you really have to do is just destroy things and poof you win. Where's the fun in that? In retrospect this game does more harm than good to Godzilla and TOHO's monster movie franchise.
This Game rocks i cant wait to get it
Omg i want it now!
Omg! when i heard about this game i had to check it out for myself, so i went to the websie and checked out the (so far) 23 monsters that have been confirmed.... I flipped out because it has most of the original monsters of the early Godzilla. My heart skipped when I saw that they FINALLY let King Caesar into the video games. I own alot of the movies, including Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla. P.S. The monster on the front cover of the Ps2 version and Wii version (besides Godzilla). He is actually in the game. I havent looked at him close enough, but i think that is Biolantee.
