Ever Good......maybe
i bought two years ago for 2 dollars on sale at Gamestop. was looking foward to this game when I got it cause I honestly thought it was going to be cool.It turned out it had many horrible qualities this game is not a 10!!!First of all badspellinsecond you only hit enemies on their back to kill them, and third what thesincewhen do people can't jump? This game is a waste of time.I would rather return it and get my money back!It has bland textures and slow foes iterally. The story would be better if it was put more effort into it,The charcters and storyline is not bad it just amount they lacked and what could of been done better.

Simply Strategic
This is a VERY easy to follow game. The controls are simple, money isn't detailed, and there are a lot of variations available to your character. A quick note before I forget, start with the Sharline storyline first. The sounds for hits, misses, damage taken, miscellaneous objects, are all very distinct from each other. There are many different enemies, everywhere from the size of a small house, to the size of a mouse. Since it's an older game, the graphics aren't as amazing as some of the other games out today, but the full-bodied cutscenes are arguably close to Square Enix's. I have played the game at least 20 times through, and know what's where, what does what damage to which creature, which creature is the easiest and which to avoid, etc. It was my very first video game I ever got. It takes about 10-15 to get used to everything, entering the pause menu gives you a tutorial for the menus, entering giant floating crystals can bring to a deadly dungeon, to the store, or even just to save. (Careful when hitting random objects! A Palmira Bee might pop out. It will try as hard as possible to stay behind you, so either an attack that makes you spin, or just corner it to kill it. Kill it to get an object to get into the "DUNGEON O' DOOM"!) If anyone finds it up for sale, I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU GET IT. I got this when I got the original PS2 when it first came out. Still have it and still play it.
