Bond 007: Everything Or Nothing
If you are a 007 fan and you want a good game, this is the one to get. James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing is by far the best 007 game ever! I don't have the game, but my cousin does. I was to stupid to go out and by the PS3 that didn't play PS2 games. Now everytime I go to his house I play over and over again. I would definitely recommend this game to everyone. The Single Player campaign is very good, one of the best stories ever, and the MULTIPLAYER is WICKED. So I know what some of you online gamers are thinking, Can it go online?, YES it can. Don't go out and get the new Quantum of Solace until you get this. The Multiplayer is some what better than Single Player. The Cooperative Mode is the best where you and a friend can play 3 chapters with about 7 missions in every chapter. So yeah, there you go, its a must buy.
Great for a PS2 game.
I'm a die hard fan of the series (except for the recent movies 8/) and when I first got this game awhile back I was interested of how it would stand up to Nightfire and other bond games or shooters. I was impressed by the graphics for a ps2 game and of the story line in which it follows. The shooting modes are great, with you being able to modify where you shoot the person rather than an automatic head shot or chest shot. The gadgets are awesome as well, especially the Q-Spider. Although this is an older game it is still one of my fav's...even after I have bought an x box 360. C8 The car chases, motorcycle chases, and fighting moves are all great for a game such as relating to the bond movies. Overall I would recommend it to any of my friends and anyone interested in a PS2 shooter with style.
Some James Bonding time
I was honestly disappointed when I discovered that EON was not on the backwards compatible list for the xbox 360. Everything or Nothing was a great game, the setup was so simple. The cover system was utilized so well that I think it was ahead of it's time. Targeting in third person was simplistic and you didn't have to worry about straying away from your target. You ARE Bond and the best MI6 has to offer which means headshots and disarms are the norm for you. This is what the targeting is like here.
The levels vary, and while you enjoy the story, the gameplay differs as well in it that you don't just play simply as the super secret agent, you drive as a super secret agent. You will use many vehicles over the course of this game. Another draw to this game are the gadgets "Q" will be providing you. They can get you out of trouble and give you an upperhand.
Sadly the only drawback to this game was that it was only a co-op only type of game. I think this game had a lot of potential to use for another Bond, but I guess I was the only one. This one is a classic Bond game, right next to Goldeneye.
Bond and More............
Many people talk about Goldeneye as a really good Bond experience. Let me say that I am not one of those people. This is the first game that I played that I truly felt like James Bond. The mission structures are lengthy at times but it is not a detriment to the game. The story is really coherant as it is not based off of any movie but original in concept. You will even feel the real impact when you crash the villains racing party, blow up buildings in Russia, and nearly fall off a cliff in trying to catch a plane before it leaves the ground. Definitely thrilling. The combat in the game is way better than From Russia with Love as you have a left and right punch button. As you combine those buttons in 2 button combo's they do different grabbing moves. So you can literally grab someone and slam them against a wall to ko them. The weapons have a great variety as you can pretty much use whatever you find. You also have a great array of Bond toys such as an RC car that has a laser and a robot spider that can be used as a remote bomb. The vehicles are crazy and all drive well. From a motorcycle, to a jeep, to your Aston Martin, the cars have a very good handling and almost feel like NFS: HP2. If you love Bond, and like action games, this game will really impress you. One more thing. You have Bond vision, which will slow down everything and allow you to see things that can aid you without having to have a fight or major shoot outs. For example, you are in a room filled with enemies. Once you turn your vision on, you will see things highlighted like explosive canisters. Then you can aim directly at them and shoot at it. One segment allows you to shoot one and it causes all the others to explode and clears the entire room for you. So if you are a fan of Uncharted and like BOnd, don't miss out on this game.
I would recommand this game to anybody!

There is a good Bond game thats not Goldeneye
Everything or Nothing is a great example of what big heavy hitting game companies can do with a great license and good mechanics. The game puts you in the place of everyone’s favorite martini sipping skirt chasing secret agent James Bond. While most people regard Goldeneye 64 as the greatest Bond game of all time these games are too different to make a fair comparison. The one similarity they both share is immersing you into the part of secret agent and being all around good games. One thing this game does very well is combining many different types of game play together. This for the most part comes together in a very satisfying way. The combat feels like a modern slant on games like Syphon Filter. You stick to cover and lock on with an auto aim feature then pop out of cover and shoot at your assailants. Within your lock on you can shift your aim to specific body parts, which is useful, if you want to take people down with well-placed headshots. There is also a forgiving stealth component that can gain you a higher score along with the sheer satisfaction of silently choking and dropping a guard. Thankfully being discovered isn’t the end of the world, and you can easily put down the guards that rush toward you. This does a good job at breaking up the sometimes-repetitive cycle of finding cover, shooting, advancing, and firing some more. It also adds a little extra challenge to the easy auto aim system. When enemies get a little to close for comfort the game has a surprisingly good hand-to-hand combat mechanic. If you use your fire button when they are too close for gunfire you automatically use a pistol whip. There are also various attack buttons that when used right allow you to fight your way through a decent sized mob. The environment is highly interactive allowing you to manipulate various things like chandlers or mine carts to create cover and take out opponents in various ways. Hand to hand feels easy to transition in and out of and the game has a few fun sequences where it is the primary mode of combat. The slow motion targeting system points out various things to be exploited which, when used in combination with your weapons and glass bottles lying on the bar, can help you quickly drop a room of thugs. This games true strengths lie in its amazing blockbuster grade production. The animation is spot on. When you counter a punch you see the nicely motion captured Pierce Bronson duck swoop around the backside and kick out the knee while simultaneously delivering a judo chop to the back of the neck. The voice acting is very good with original actors playing their respective parts including John Cleese as Q and Willem Dafoe as the main villain. The story is your average bad men with nukes scenario with a few twists. However the scripted action sequences and excellent voice acting bring up the story. This includes one scene in which you free fall to catch a bond girl dropped from a helicopter. Although this is admittedly a little far fetched even for a game it was still one of the best times I have had in a game. There are also a number of driving sequences, which are for the most part action packed, and a lot of fun. The controls are responsive and the weapons are a lot of fun to use. Some of the driving missions are a little annoying and involve some back and fourth errand running. The variety in vehicles is good ranging from missile launching bikes to massive tanks. The game makes you feel like Bond with a wide array of gadgets. Unlike past games where gadgets were merely a convenient way to get out of a specific scenario, then forgotten for the rest of the game, these gadgets can be used in a variety of ways in almost any part of the level. There is a multiplayer included that features both competitive and co-op modes. The co-op is on a parallel storyline that vaguely ties in with the main event. It offers some solid gameplay and it is a great way to kill a rainy weekend with a friend. The
Best Bond game for PS2!
I love all the ps2 bond games but this has been my favorite one yet! This is the first PS2 007 game to feature 3rd person and it works flawlessly! The co-op is also pretty amazing! I almost beat co-op with a friend on the hardest difficulty it can get pretty intense.
THE IDEAL, IDEAL BOND GAME!
A spectacular, mind blowing extravaganza! When I first got this, my jaw dropped. The graphics were state of the art, I was glad Pierce voiced himself, and the gameplay was so immersive! 10/10!
