This game is great it was rated poorly by the critics and was almost unheard of but it is a great game. The main character is a selfish bard who could care less whether he saves the world or not and it has great dialog. The summons available in the game are great and the different songs are cool. This game is one of those that got forgotten but was still great. The graphics weren't the best but the game made up for it with fun and exciting game play and boss fights. and the dialog was incredibly funny. Plus the fact that your decisions affect what happens. If you answer like a jerk you have the chance to get laid and if you are nice you have the chance to be respected as a hero. And the whole time you play you are being ridiculed by the narrator. So if you have a little extra cash and are looking for a game to give you some fun while you are waiting for the next big ps3 title this one will definitely suffice.
This is a fantastic and under-rated rpg. The combat and summoning gameplay is really fun when you get used to it, weapon and spell upgrades are neat, and the dialogue and storyline is entertaining and humorous. The sound levels are a little bit off but not too bad. The only criticism I have is that the camera angle is horrible. The entire game is from a bird's-eye view which gets really annoying, really quick. But still, for $2, if you come across it at your local Gamestop, don't hesitate to buy it.
This game is just fun. There is a lot of humor that makes the game fun along with the game play itself.
