Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sarah Kerrigan Yes be Queen of Blades If I have complain about one thing is seems like you have be contected to online even during single player, but other than that I love this game. Soundtrack is great love love the music. Gameplay is fun if you love starcraft going love but why online conection for single player. I love being Sarah Kerrigan in single player missions. Starcraft is still great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good but too easy after a while. I like the ladder system in sc2 but after while it gets to easy to get promoted and gain rank due to the fact that there is so many strong stratagys that makes the lower ladders to easy. Not to mention they are easy to find and learn.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A fantastic expansion to a fantastic game. It's better than Wings of Liberty in every single way. There are two major aspects of the game: the campaign and the multiplayer. Campaign: In short, the missions are fun, but the story blows. I suppose that's pretty par for the course, but the variety of the missions (ie they're not just melee games with special rules) more than makes up for the lackluster story. There are 27 missions total in the campaign. The hero unit(s) was a blast to use; very reminiscent of the Warcraft 3 campaigns (which I think is one of the best campaigns I've ever played). This part is pretty hit or miss with some people, but the campaign also has boss fights. I personally enjoyed them, but I can see why some won't. Still, I found that the campaign itself was worth the price of admission. Multiplayer: A: Melee/matchmaking: Heart of the Swarm introduces a more step by step process for easing newer players into the game; There's now a training mode for people who are totally new to the game, which guides you on the basics of multiplayer games. Then there's a vs AI matchmaking, where it will match you against the difficulty that the game thinks you're ready for. Then Unranked games, which are regular games except you're not competing for ladder points, and then there are ranked games, which is what regular WoL veterans are used to. The multiplayer is amazingly balanced, especially considering that the game came out just recently. At the top level of play (where balance actually matters), the win rates are pretty even: http://i.imgur.com/9orDwMj.png These are the May 2013 win rates for top tier tournament play. The closer the rates are to 50%, the better. And those numbers, I dare say, are pretty dang close. The new units feel great to use, and they reworked many older units so much that they might as well be new units. Mostly these were the ones that didn't really get much use because they weren't particularly useful (reapers, void rays, etc) B: The Arcade (ie user-made maps/mods): Well, it's the Arcade. What can I say? The new units make for more diverse custom games, and the interface has been much improved since Starcraft 2 came out. Otherwise, well, I can't really say much on it. It's up to the users to make stuff here. C: Misc features: Blizzard also added group replay viewing (pretty self explanatory), resume from replay (pause a replay at any time and have two people take over the players in the replay from that spot), recover games (if you have a power outage or something, then it would detect that one player crashed and it would start the game again with the same players at the point of the crash), clans/groups system (better late than never, eh?) and "Players Near You", which allows you to play with other people on the same connection. It ain't LAN, but it makes it much easier to find other players nearby if you play on a university connection or if you're at a LAN party or something. Edit: They recently introduced "Spawning", which will allow players who have the Starter Edition / WoL to access Heart of the Swarm's full features (with the exception of the campaign) when grouped with someone else who has Heart of the Swarm. Or, if X is a WoL player, person Y who has the Starter Edition can access WoL content with X. In closing / TL;DR: Cons: The campaign story isn't the greatest, but the variety in the missions makes up for it. Pros: Everything else. 9.5/10 (rounded up to 10)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent I've been playing Starcraft since 2000. Still haven't found a better game. After playing the multiplayer feature on battle.net it's hard to go back to other games. Call of Duty and other FPS seem so... childish. There is no game out there that rivals Starcraft in the amount of strategy required to play. The really bad players are easily weeded out and left in the Bronze-Gold leagues. If you want to progress further you'll have to take the time to learn intricate details, strategies, and fine-tune your play. You'll spend hours watching your replays criticizing yourself. The need to advance to Masters league is addicting. Starcraft is the most fun you'll have on your PC. Protoss are OP btw.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The New Starcraft 2 Starcraft 2 Came from Starcraft 1. Starcraft was published in year 1995 or 1999... The Cutscences from Starcraft 1 sucks in this year but in the old years it rocked. Blizzard finally made Starcraft 2 in the year 2010 June Or July! Sure Starcraft 2 had better graphics... and though it was the only game for Starcraft 2. Blizzard Made a Expansion Set now for Starcraft 2. Called Starcraft 2 Heart of the Swarm! Now Everyone enjoy it because of the new epic Campaign. Its realistic if you do the Zerg campaign than the Terran Campaign! Better Graphics Than Ever. It even included Easter Eggs! Now Legacy Of The Void or the Protoss Campaign Is Coming Out! It will need Heart of the Swarm and Wings Of Liberty... This is Similar to the Sims 2 or The Sims 3 For Required Games Or Expansion Packs. This is a great game and suggested to the Hardcore Gamers for war strategy! Final Rating 10 Out Of 10. Reviewed By The Professional Best Gamer: MikeTheAngel. I Suggest To Army Strategy Players To Get This Game!
