LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4
great game with hours of fun
good graphics along with plenty hours of gameplay. you really will find yourself struggling to stop playing this addictive game, if you buy this game you wont be disappointed.
An Awesome Game
Although some may say that the specifications of my review were unrealistic, it is quite the opposite. This is one of the most user friendly, extensive but not too long, hard enough to be challenging but not impossible games in my entire library which consists of about 50-60 games. The graphics of the game depend completely on your gpu and cpu speed and resolution, in my case the game was playing in full hd at 1080p and its still enjoyable even on lower grade monitors. The sound was excellent which could have been due to my hd sound card and external speakers. This game is hooking right to the end which brought a few tears to my eyes knowing that was it, which of course it isnt because in rumor there will be a years 5-7 which i will definately buy. Anyone who usually loves games in general would love this game and as proof of that statement I have a second cousin who doesnt even associate with video games on a regular basis or legos for that matter and he loved it for ipod and computer. Yes I would reccomend this game to anyone.

I would not buy this game for the PC and I cannot say for sure about any other version being I only own the PC version of the game. When one first starts playing Hagrid and Harry are in the Leaky Cauldron and must find a handle for a door. Near the door is a different colored area of the floor that Harry stands on and Hagrid can lift with his powers. The only problem with this is Harry in the PC version cannot stay on the floor tile that is lifted he falls through the platform. This is an apparent bug since the player can pass through the platform as if it is not there once the tiles are raised. I have emailed Traveller’s Tale days ago and no one will reply to my email and even acknowledge that I had even sent an email in. Trying to e-mail Warner Home Video Games is a joke also.
best game ever
In my opinion I think that this is one of the best games ever. ive played a lot of games believe me but this has everything. It has action, adventure, magic, sports, abd many other genres that everybody in your family could relate to. This is a great family game that everyone in your family would be jeolus about and could have a fun time playing,
Hm, some thoughts.
Well, to start off: LEGO Harry Potter, can't say I didn't see this coming. Started out with Star Wars, one of the most successful LEGO merchandise, than Indiana Jones, Lucas Arts' next greatest hits and here we are with the modern day hit. I'm quite sure the same graphics and elements of comical relief will be evident otherwise the atmosphere of the LEGO games will be destroyed. However the vast amount of characters in my opinion, will not be there. If you think about it, how many characters are there really to have? I mean LEGO Star Wars what? 50? I can't quite remember but it was hell trying to unlock all of them. As for the length of all four stories, it depends on how in detail they go. It can be quite lengthy for sure, or quite short as well. It all depends on how detailed they get with the events. A game like this is a game where you can play, get up get a snack than come back to without delay of thought on where you were and what you were doing. The LEGO games have always had that sort of zing to them where everyone is attracted to them. Its a game for all viewers really, one where anyone can sit and have a laugh at the mere stupidity of a character to the thoughts and reflections that can be brought about by the stunning animations. So personally, I'm quite anticipating the introduction of the next LEGO game. I'm sure it will be quite enjoyable to play.
im not sure whether to laugh or get excited. i mean this is harry potter but it could be a fun game. all the lego games are a fun, just kinda messing around kinda thing so this could be alright. it will be a bit weird to run around as lego harry potter and go through all the events of the first 4 books/movies but these games are meant for kids, not teens or adults. it will be like a family game that u can play with brother sister cousin ect.. tis not a game to get really excited for and addicted to but it might be fun.
