Call of Duty: Black Ops II
AMAZING GAME! One of the best COD's yet!
Great gameplay all around, even the zombies its like a little scavenger hunt inside zombies and the multiplayer is very high pace and well balanced i give it two thumbs up!
Got to say best COD so far
Positives: MULTIPLAYER: is runs so smooth guns are not TO futuristic I mean yea it is in the future but its not Beam Guns like on Halo its same basics of the guns like all the other CODS NukeTown 2025 is awesome if you have any chance to get it get it ZOMBIES: Completly changed from Black Ops 1 same shoot zombie get points all that but the maps the characters are different CAMPAIGN: Very fun Very good story understandable unlike on Black Ops 1 Negatives: Not to many negatives but there are some CAMPAIGN: WAYY to short ZOMBIES: Not the same characters from Black Ops 1 its harder to run trains because if you go to far you will get attacked by monkey things MULTIPLAYER: Some maps are bad Most are good but some are not very good OVERALL: This is an amazing game with very good graphics good gameplay and sound a few cons but overall I would recommend you get this game. RATING: 9
WORST COD ever...
This review is for multiplayer online. The matchmaking system in this version of COD is by far the worst. This game has turned into only hip firing and dolphin diving. You are actually punished for aiming down sight. This game needs many patches to fix these issues but Treyarch has no timeline for these patches according to their website. That's one of the biggest problems with first person shooters these days, because games get released before they are actually finished. Just like in all COD games there are one or two weapons that are clearly overpowered so the fact they make a variety of weapons is a joke. They clearly skipped beta testing of this game.
For starters, I know many people are gonna hate on every COD game out there. However, personally, if you're a hardcore COD player, a new player to the series, or want a game with great multiplayer and challenges, this would be a great game to start off. With the new multi-direction storyline Campaign, highly anticipated Multiplayer that will keep you kicking, and the new Zombie maps that have you wetting your bed, there is no reason to say no to this game.
Online play needs some MAJOR patch work.
Haven't played zombies or single player, just multiplayer. Like all COD games need patching, this one is certainly no different. Most community complaints for online play are (again):
No need to aim down sight, hip fire from whatever range you like.
Terrible team matchmaking.
Poor/choppy quality voice communication with team.
Majority of players have found the op weapons. (no reason to try the variety of different weapons)
Made dolphin diving easier than ever.
In the old cod games it was at least POSSIBLE to recover after an enemy has already started shooting you. In bo2 when you start getting hit you're nearly instantly down. No chance to recover.
If you like the things posted on this list, you'll LOVE this game :-)
Best COD Yet
It`s got overall good gameplay but 1 disadvantage is you ave to have internet to play this game AT ALL. BUT OTHER THAN THAT GOOD GAME!
great game, personal favorite
its my favorite, game highly addictive, and worth every cent you spend. zombie mode especially fun. very good game
I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER INTERNET REQUIRED GAME
I just purchased this game as my first PC game in years. My consoles usually overheat so I thought I would try this on our new desktop and when it boils down to it, I should have heeded the warning on the back. These PC game publishers need to feel our wrath on games that don't translate over to PC. With no split screen support, no zombie support offline, the fact that STEAM has syncing issues sometimes that make it impossible to play, I will never again PURCHASE "internet required" games. Fool me once...
Same ole COD that everyone knows...
I was originally excited when I heard this was coming out. Supposedly a new engine and a lot of changes. NOPE. Same ole engine ("because it is a very good one" says activision. Looks exactly the same. Same feel. Not really any improvements other than new maps. I do not see gaming companies ever moving forward as long as people keep falling for the "pre-pay" trap. You pay for the game before it is even finished which means the creators dont have to do as much work or even try as hard. I mean, they already have your money, whats there to work for?
this is the best call of duty games ive ever played! I would recommend this game to all people who like fps games.
