When I first heard about the Dragonborn DLC, i heard it was on Hearthfire, so my view of it might be a little judgmental. While a pretty superfluous DLC too begin with(no story line quest), it adds another element of customization, allowing you to build your own house in three of the holds of Skyrim (Winterhold, Morthal(might be wrong on that one) and Falkreath), where normally a house isn't available even after you become a thane of the hold. You need to acquire a certain number of items(lumber, clay and stone) in order to build your entrance hall and front door. From there, you have three options for each other side of the house (East Wing, West Wing, and North Wing). Each building you build can help you in some way throughout the game, from storing your items and weapons to haveing a full blown feast ready to fill your health. Another new feature is the ability to adopt random children from all across Skyrim. They act like normal children, asking for allowences, but also by collecting random weapons, items, and alchemy ingredients whenever you do, so its balanced out way to collect items. While not the DLC I was expecting, I'm glad I got it. If your fellow Dragonborn wants that customization, then this DLC is perfect. for others, it's passable.

I think that Syrian by itself is a really good game but with this doc it goes to a completely different level.
