I broke one
Zboards are quite durable in that the keyboard can be easily cleaned if something is spilled on them. After mine stopped working, I opened it up and found it was just two pieces of lamination each with some circuitry in them, with some contacts. So I cleaned off the contacts- and it worked great! If you're sick of switching keyboards because you spill stuff on them, it's a good buy. The problem I had with mine was that in the upper right hand corner there was this little "control box" if you will, and each keyset would connect to that control box- but it wouldn't always make good contact. The upper right corner of my keyset would be slightly raised from the base compared to the rest of the corners, and it got so bad over time that I had to use duct tape to hold down the corner. Eventually, I ended up breaking it trying to rig it so that I didn't have to use duct tape. Should have stuck with the tape. That being said, it was my fault the thing broke but the raised corner shows slightly poor design. This was ~3-4 years ago when Zboards were first released and gamestop didn't even know what they were. I'm sure they've fixed this problem in that time.

Great Keyboard (Can Be Used For Vista)
I just got this keyboard last year, im running a windows vista computer with it, and the only thing wrong for vista is the extra keys don't work (Such as the top ones above the F1-12). I knew this when I bought but still wanted this keyboard. The keyboard is amazing, I play games on the normal one just because it fits my hands better than my old keyboard and the gaming key set. I had a factory flaw in my keyboard, all it needed was for me to press the prong back to slide it into place. This keyboard works for everything, gaming, chating, or just surfing the web, this keyboard will give you extreme confort in all of these sections of your everyday computer life. They only have limited supply in stores so buy the keyboard online, or wait a month to two that is. =) This Keyboard Is Recommended By Legendary Reviews. ^.^

I love it
If you're like me and are incapable of typing without looking at the keyboard the Z-board is a must have.I've been using mine for about a year now and love it. I keep my regular keyboard right behind my z-board at all times. The Z is USB so you can have both keyboards attached and working all the time. This helps you to still be able to "chat" because the Z is not compatible with chatting. There are numerous "keyset" programs that you can download or you can just reprogram any key to any function you may want/need. But the best feature is the "HUGE" w-s-a-d movement keys their size and position makes them _way_ easier to find...saved my hide more than once I'll admit. The default keyset leaves some to be desired, The "function, F" keys could be bigger and the number keys could be 'grouped' better...a keypad format would be nice...but all keys are reprogrammable and when you do 'reprogram' a key to do something it doesn't affect the same keys function on the regular keyboard. This feature is sweet. Whenever I have tried to do this with games, before I got my Z-board, my character was always looking for and or doing embarrassing things whenever I would try to talk 'in game.' I rate this as a "MUST HAVE!"

Customization
Comfort wise, it's really like any normal keyboard. It's not something you could use say 5 days straight, but you also won't have to stop after an hour of game play. The option to purchase different keysets makes for easy cleaning, and is a neat customizing option. The extra keysets I think are really just for looks, though they can come in handy for you online gamers that need those few extra keys to asign more hurt to. I myself had an issue where some of the letter keys stoped working with in a year or two of the purchase. Should that happen you have to buy a whole new base. But hey, at least you get to keep your favorite key set! As far as function, again having the extra keys helps for online gameplay, and having a normal keyset for regular typing is nice. Especially if you have more than one person using the same computer. Overall, it's a nice customizable keyboard, though if you want something with a little more durability, stick the the well known companies.
