by Blueninja750 Best Pokemon Game there is
This game is such an amazing game. They have added so many things that after I beat it I still couldn't stop playing it. If your like me who likes to get collect rare Pokemon then you can easily breed star Pokemon and trade them for legends and other amazing Pokemon. peaking of legends you can catch all of them in this game if you have a friend who has omega ruby. You don't even have to know them you can trade them online for their version exclusive. All day I just sit back trading people and I eventually have a full box of legends. For the hardcore player competitive is back just like x and y, you can get a team and battle people all day. If you already have x and y, this is a must have, and even if your new I myself never played x or y.

by KEVEREX Amazing gameplay and story!
I really liked this game. The interaction availability between other players around the globe and the gameplay with them. Alot of things were added but didnt affect the charm of the original game.

I adored Pokemon growing up. I mean, who didn't? The fact that they're recreating my all-time FAVORITE region is just phenomenal. The storyline was lucid and amusing to my imagination, the Legendary Pokemon were colossal and well-created, the interface was splendid... What more could you want in a remake? I recommend this, hands down!
Rated 9 out of 10 by NewbornRiddler An all around fun Pokemon game!
This game was fantastic and a very enjoyable play through. That being said I didn't play the original game, as said in my review of Pokémon Y, I went from Yellow to Y and didn't play the others in between. The Pokémon in this world are actually cool, but sadly for someone like me who grew up with the original 151, this game has a lack of the originals. That shouldn't detour you though, this game makes up for it by having many more Pokémon while keeping some originals like Zubat, Oddish, Pikachu, Geodude and more. A lot of the gear and play style is carried over from Y which I liked so it was actually easy to pick up and play. The best part about this is that you can play and trade with anyone that owns X, Y or Omega Ruby. I'd defiantly recommend trying this game if you like Pokémon or if you want to start. My final note is that this game had a more interesting story than Y ever did.

I believe this exceeds the pokemon on gameboy advanced. I also believe that adding the story line made the game a lot better.
Rated 10 out of 10 by Pokefreak11 A great remake of a great game!
Pokémon Sapphire was a great game. Pokemon Alpha Sapphire was better. It had a few things wrong with it, but all and all, this was a great game! Graphics: These graphics were amazing! All the characters looked very realistic (anatomy-wise) when they walked, and I love the scene when they awaken Kyorge. May's hair and Archie's cape thing both blew in the wind! Gameplay: I loved the contests. They were very monotonous in RS and DP, but they were awesome this time! Characters: Every character was memorable! I loved Wallace's Wallace-ness, Steven's rock-maniac-ness, Flannery's fiery-ness, and how much Brendan's character develops! Lisia was my favorite! I can completely picture she and Wallace being related. Pokemon Team (non-competive): Swampert (AKA: Skipper), Gardevoir (AKA: Lucia), Shiny Metagross (AKA: Meta), Breloom (AKA: Shroomie), Latias (AKA: Tias), and Absol (AKA: Sol)! Sound: Awesome! Lasting Appeal: Great! You have soaring, Battle Resort, Online Battling, Breeding, Contests, Hunting for Mega Stones, Pokedex Completing, AND the Delta Episode! I hope that our next game after Super Mystery Dungeon is Pokemon Yellow Remake! I recommend this game to anyone, but it is a good game for someone to get into this franchise!!!
Rated 10 out of 10 by MajorSpoilers The single greatest $40 I have EVER spent, EVER.
I've been playing Pokemon since Gen 2. Crystal was my first game, though I went back to play Yellow, and I've played at least one game of every generation, including the remakes. And so, it is with complete confidence that I say that this is the single greatest game to come out of the Pokemon franchise ever, and is contending for my favorite game of all time. I only have two complaints: 1. Cut is still a frelling HM, and 2. The trumpets int he soundtrack weren't prominent enough. I could also add that I found the presence of virtually every non-event Legendary Pokemon to be a little over the top. Those gripes aside, the story is the greatest of any thus far, fleshing out and improving the already good story of R/S/E, with better, more emotive characters. It delves deeper into the lore of Mega Evolution and Primal Reversion with a number of twists that left me FLOORED. It has every charm of the original series, each improved in some way. Some small, some ENORMOUS. Buy this game. Even if those are the last 40 dollars to your name, you will not regret it!
