Rated 1 out of 5 by from no I didn't like it because you have to go around killing animals for no reason and to me that's very boring plus I couldn't play with my foster brothers on the over the internet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Challenge Of Greatness! I've put about 110 hours into the game, and I'm still not in G-rank quest! The game itself is a blast, and doesn't get boring for a long time! The multi-player is a blast, and the story mode you added for multiplayer was awesome! Solo was really fun too, with a humorous, heart warming adventure! The new monsters were a blast to battle, and fighting monsters for armor was fun. Although it kinda got boring fighting the same monster for a weapon, I wish you woulda have two different monsters to kill for this certain weapon/armor piece. So, it's a blast and recommend to the gamers would like challenges. This game is pretty intense, and not for those casual gamers. I'd give it a 9.5 (which is rounded to 10, that's why I put ten for this review), because getting a certain weapon got boring, and having no online was just sad 3;<. I hope you enjoyed! God bless!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's more for everyone than for a group. This game is the best! But it's not just for hardcore gamers, anyone could play with or without friends. I recommend this game and the next one, Monster Hunter 4 ultimate, which is going to be out soon, Can't Wait!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but... I have been a fan of the series since the very first one on PS2, the game is great, BUT... Capcom still hasn't figured out that MH is best played ONLINE with other people... i guess they expect us to have buddies that want to huddle around giggling and having MH sleepovers... idk. But this has gone on since the first MH on PSP! People have been forced to get wifimax to play online. It's not a difficult concept, more people = bigger monsters and better challenges/rewards! Other than that it's a great game, the graphics are decent for a hand held system and there is a lot to do. Sadly this is going to be my last MH portable purchase if Capcom can't give us some servers to play on!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tons of content The game has easily over 200 hours of gameplay, with countless armor and weapon choices, amazing quests in both single-player and co-op mode, and a fighting style that sucks you in. The art in the game is fantastic, with a variety of creative monsters, and armor/weapons that are based off of each monster. The game requires farming for items if you want to get the top armor, but the game makes trying to get the items fun. I frequently go back and fight a monster for the pure joy of it. There is also an area outside of quests in which you can go to fight monsters that stay in the area for resource points, for materials, of for fun, and as you get further, the monsters/items in the area differ and expand. The game is near flawless on it's own, but if you play co-op with your friend(s), it becomes flawless. If you can, stick with the 3DS version, it is perfect for on the go playing. if not, then the Wii U version is still awesome.
