Chibi-Robo! Zip Lash comes to the Nintendo 3DS system with a fresh, new take on the franchise. In this side-scrolling game, Chibi-Robo uses his plug and cord to whip enemies, grapple onto ledges, and swing across chasms. Power-up the plug and cord to search for collectables and explore previously out of reach areas.

  • Climb, jump, run and throw your plug and cord in this all-new platforming game.
  • Whip enemies and ricochet your plug and cord off of walls to solve puzzles.
  • Tons of collectibles.
  • Tap the new Chibi-Robo amiibo figure to power up Chibi-Robo into "Super Chibi Robo" or use a Toy Capsule Machine to unlock the in-game Collectible Figures.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very surprised. I am very surprised how good this game is. I never played Chibi Robo before. I bought it because I thought [and still think] the Amiibo is cool. The fact that I like this game so much and owning the Amiibo is icing on my cake. This game is like a Bionic Commando as far as gameplay mechanics go, which I enjoy very much.It is a unique side platformer game. Chibi Robo looks very robotic/metallic cool and can turn into gold with the Amiibo. All the audio and controls work perfectly. This game is underrated and took me by surprise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great game, Not for hardcore gamers though. The chibi robo game on gamecube was the best game in the series but zip lash still offers some fun. Even if ziplash might have a bothersome destination wheel you can purchase panels to change the numbers on them to 1 letting you have a higher chance of not repeating a level you already played. The bundle even saves you a couple dollars from buying separate. Even if this game has low reviews its meant for casual gamers and not hardcore gamers.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Adorable! Heard about this game due to being an avid Amiibo collector, and decided to give it a shot. It's not a particularly difficult game by any means, but it's entertaining and extremely cute. If you're looking for an easy side-scroller, with an adorable main character then this is the game for you. :) However, if you're looking for mind-boggling puzzles or fast-paced action, I wouldn't recommend it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from an ok at best Platformer How excited I was when Nintendo announced earlier this year that Chibi-Robo was coming back as a "Whipping Platformer." I mean it's a franchise we haven't seen for several years using new seemingly solid platforming mechanics. a few weeks ago we got word that if this didn't sell Chibi-Robo will be canned for good. So that made me think they were going to go all out and impress us like they did with Fire Emblem Awakening. Right? Wrong! 1st off let me say the gameplay and controls are fun. I will not deny that the platforming is solid and the stages are enjoyable, BUT they aren't as fun the 3rd time around. What do I mean by this? The game's biggest flaw is that it is very short and they try to hide this by using a stage select system where you spin a wheel and whatever it lands on is how many stages you advance in the world, but you can be forced to replay stages and in order to beat the area/world you must beat all the stages. The Story and setup is very forgettable as well. It begins as Chibi is cleaning a satellite and all of a sudden aliens. The stages aren't very challenging either so don't get your hopes up for a challenge. and there is a TON of blatant Product Placement. One of the collectables in the game is snacks, and all or most of these snacks are brand name products like Pocky, Mentos, and PEZ. All in all when it comes right down to it Chibi-Robo Ziplash is lack luster and average at it's best moments. I recommend this to hardcore gamers because you'd have to be one to put up with the tedious stage select and to beat this game.

Rated out of 5 by from This Bundle Is A Steal I was able to pre-order this game with the bundle, and when I found out the price, I was shocked. I speculated $50 at least, but NO. The game, with the amiibo, was $39.99 before tax. If you just buy the game, it's $29.99 before tax. This game already looks spectacularly fun, but the addition of the amiibo for how much people thought the price actually was? If you're a Chibi-Robo! fan, this bundle is a must-have offer that shouldn't be taken lightly. Take advantage and pre-order before scalpers get to it first!!

Rated out of 5 by from fun platformer I was able to get some hands on time with this at E3 and I was not disappointed. Chibi uses his cord as a grappling hook to progress through this platformer. Loads of fun and this package comes with the amiibo which looks and feels great.
