Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never has connected It won't connect to my controller. I can have it on the charger for 3 hours and disconnect and play it won't read it. Put it on the charger and it syncs after a minute. Absolute junk

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Random disconnects make this unusable I purchased a miniboss locally because I was in need of a controller that wasn't encumbered by a 2 foot cord, and because I needed one the same day. It feels good in your hand, it's solidly built, and I like Nyko products because they usually are quality products. All seemed well, and the controller even has a reset button on it that lets you go back to the main menu without getting up. But then randomly, I was playing Super Mario Bros 2 and I saw my character stop moving on screen. I looked down on my controller and saw the sync lights blinking. It was like this for about a second before it reconnected and I was able to play again. I thought maybe it needed a charge, so I charged it to full and played again. This time, I was playing Double Dragon 2, trying to perform a jump kick, and saw that my character never left the ground. I looked again at the controller and the sync lights were blinking yet again. I could perhaps excuse this if it happened weeks apart on a controller with a drained battery, but these two occasions were mere hours apart on what was a fully charged controller. This issue alone makes it unusable as a controller. Avoid this one. You're far better off with the Emio Edge Pad V2 if you need a longer cord or getting an extension cable for the official pad if you can find the pad anywhere.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It works just fine I don't understand all the negative reviews for this. I tried this thing out on my NES Classic and it works just fine. I had no problems getting it to work and function. My only real complaint is that you need a mini USB cord to charge it, which is an inconvenience, but those are cheap to find. I also found the controller felt a LITTLE physically weird compared to the NES controller, but that's just a matter of preference for me. It also works on Wii controllers as well. I would recommend getting this, especially since the length of the cord for the regular controllers is rather short. Not a bad purchase, IMO.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works great if properly set up Due to the short cord on the classic controllers I decided to try this controller in spite of the bad reviews. Charging took 2-3 hrs till lights indicated fully charged. Placement of the console is key however for a solid link. Mine sits higher above a fireplace in direct line of sight and controller did bind instantly and has worked without any interruption since set up. Make sure the console does not sit low to the ground but more has a view from above to the controller. Andy

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your time This thing is a piece of junk. I connected one time and there was around a 20 second delay from button press to action on the screen. It never connected after that.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sucks Sitting 15ft away and the controller keeps losing connection. Not worth buying. I think buying the longer cord would work better.
