Phone was junk...Customer Service was A+
I bought the refurbished iPhone 6 Plus 64 for my husband for Father's Day. It looked to be in great shape, a few small scratches on the back. It worked perfectly for about three days and then the screen started flickering, apps would open randomly, and eventually the screen was completely unusable. Hard resets did nothing. We took it to a GameStop today and told them what happened. They said, "Ok" and refunded my money completely. A FEW THINGS TO NOTE: 1. It's hard to say ALL the refurbished phones will be like this one, because who knows! It's a chance you take with refurbished. 2. You have only SEVEN days to return a refurbished item. And the 7 was from the date of purchase, not the date of delivery (I'm guessing we could have argued that if necessary). I'm just thankful we discovered the problem before the deadline.
