gamestop layaway program
Gamestop offers layaway for the holidays. Visit your local store to participate.
A $25 minimum deposit is required to start a layaway contract.
Trades are acceptable as a form of payment.
All layaway payments and product pickup must be made at the store where the original layaway deposit was made.
Customers are not required to make scheduled payments
A refund on a layaway deposit will be granted at anytime by returning to the store where the original deposit was made.
There are no fees or penalties associated with the layaway reservation/ purchase.
Layaway purchases must be paid in full and picked up by 12/16/12. Layaway orders will not be held past Monday, 12/16/12. Customers who are unable to pick up their orders may accept a refund on their layaway deposit
Due to legal restrictions, layaway is not available in District of Columbia or Maryland. For stores in Puerto Rico, all layaway customers have an additional 90 days from the 12/16 deadline to purchase their systems.
