Where can I find the current rewards available in the GameStop PowerUp Rewards program?
Log on to the member website at PowerUpRewards.com, then select the Rewards Catalog tab to start redeeming for your rewards.
How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your points you must set up your account online by completing your member profile, setting your reward preferences to "stockpile", and adding games to your Game Library. Once set up, you can then select the Rewards Catalog tab to view rewards and start redeeming. Just log in at PowerUpRewards.com and select your awesome item from the Reward Catalog.
If you're redeeming points for a merchandise reward, you'll be asked to provide a mailing address and your reward will arrive in 4 - 6 weeks.
If you're redeeming for a reward certificate, you'll get an email confirmation that directs you to go get your printable one-time-use certificate from your member dashboard at PowerUpRewards.com. Show the associate your certificate on your phone or print it out and enjoy your reward! It's easy!
Partner certificates will come with their own redemption instructions.
Once I redeem my points for a reward certificate, how long do I have to use it before it expires?
Each reward certificate will have an expiration date listed on the certificate. Check it out when you redeem for yours.
Can I give a reward certificate to a friend or family member?
Certificates are not transferable and may not be combined among PowerUp Rewards members or conveyed by any means to anyone.
Do I need to make a minimum purchase with my rewards certificate?
Nope, there's no minimum required. But if your total purchase adds up to less than the value of your rewards certificate, you won't get change or store credit for the difference. In other words, it pays to get something REALLY good.
Can my reward certificate be replaced if it has been lost, stolen or expired?
GameStop is not responsible for any reward certificates that have been lost or stolen, and expired certificates will not be re-instated nor can you get those lost points back from lost, stolen or expired reward certificates. So treat them just like real money.
What if I want to cancel my order?
We process orders quickly so you can start enjoying your reward right away. To cancel an order, contact Guest Care. If your reward order has not been processed, we can cancel the order, no problem. After the order has been processed, we will not be able to cancel it.
Can I return my reward?
Items such as digital coupons and downloadable content cannot be returned. In the case of a physical item - like a t-shirt or belt buckle, for instance - we will accept your one-time, return request if the item is damaged.
