Placing an Order
Please follow these steps when entering an APO/FPO address:
- City. Enter "APO" or "FPO."
- State/Province. Select "Armed Forces — Europe" (AE), "Armed Forces — Pacific" (AP) or "Armed Forces — USA/Canada" (AA).
- Country. Always select "United States of America" from the drop-down menu regardless of where the recipient is stationed.
Rates & Delivery Times - APO/FPO Ground
Currently GameStop processes and ships items Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and/or shipped the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- $4.99 for orders up to $75.00
- Add $1.50 for each additional $50.00
- Allow up to 1 business day for processing.
- Delivered in 3-5 Business Days to the U.S. Military drop off locations. Military delivery time from there will vary.
For additional shipping rates and delivery times aside from APO/FPO shipping options please view the regular Rates & Delivery Times. GameStop.com does not ship, nor are deliveries made on weekends. Weekend days should not be considered when calculating your delivery date.
Please be informed that your designated ship to address must reflect the address of the ultimate end-user. GameStop.com will not process any order which specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport or hotel.
Postal orders like APO/FPO shipping may miss our drop shipment process for pre-orders but will ship as close to the release date as possible.
Tracking and Changing Orders
To update an order, visit the Order History page and sign in. A list of recent orders will be displayed. Click on the order number to review order details and available self-service options. Depending on where your order is in the processing cycle you may be able to update the credit card information or cancel an order.
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses do not offer real-time tracking.
