Placing a Bulk Order
Bulk orders generally consist of large amounts of merchandise and do not include orders of smaller quantities for single households. Some eligible bulk purchasers include: schools, prisons, military bases, corporations, libraries, etc.
For bulk order inquiries, please e-mail email@example.com. Be sure to include the following:
- Your name
- The name of the organization you represent (if applicable)
- Preferred contact phone number
- Preferred time of contact
- Item(s) along with quantity desired
- Reason for bulk purchase
GameStop does not currently offer corporate accounts or extend lines of credit.
Bulk orders should be placed using a major credit card. Other options may be available in select circumstances. Please contact us for additional information.
GameStop honors tax exemptions with proper documentation. Please inform us of your tax status when you place your order.
GameStop does not offer additional discounts or free shipping on bulk orders. Items on sale may have additional restrictions.
Please be informed that your designated ship-to address must reflect the address of the ultimate end-user. GameStop.com will not process any order which specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport, or hotel.
GameStop reserves the right to limit the quantity of items you purchase or the total dollar amount of the order. Restrictions may be placed on a single customer or account or on a single order. Restrictions may also apply to multiple orders placed by the same customer or account, the same credit card, the same billing and/or shipping address, or that otherwise appear to have been placed by a single customer or source. GameStop reserves the right to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers.

Bulk Purchasing of Consumer Electronics
If you operate a refurbishment/repair facility or are interested in reselling consumer electronics purchased in bulk, please visit our auction page and register to bid on our regularly posted auctions. Currently GameStop processes and ships items Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and/or shipped the following business day. We will not be processing or shipping orders on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Additional processing time may be necessary on Bank closure Holidays.
GameStop.com does not ship, nor are deliveries made, on weekends. Weekend days should not be considered when calculating your delivery date.
