Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Currently GameStop.com processes and ships items Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and/or shipped the following business day.
We will not process or ship orders on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Additional processing time may be necessary on bank closure holidays.

GameStop.com does not ship, nor are deliveries made, on weekends. Weekend days should not be considered when calculating your delivery date.
International Handling
Billing and shipping address must match
For orders shipped outside of the United States or Canada our system can only ship to your credit card billing address. Your billing address must match the billing address on file with your credit card issuing bank.
Address verification for international orders
It is very difficult to obtain verification information from banks outside of the United States and Canada. For your protection, in most cases you will be required to fax us a copy of your most recent credit card statement. If you are ordering from outside the US or Canada, your credit card issuing bank and ask them to release address verification information to GameStop.com. Without this verification, we will be unable to process your order.

GameStop.com currently ships international orders via "International Economy."
Does GameStop.com ship to Canada?
If you're a Canadian customer, you may enjoy shopping at EBGames.ca, featuring the same GameStop experience you've come to know and love. In many cases, Canadian customers will experience faster delivery times and lower shipping rates when shopping on EBGames.ca.
What happens if I refuse or abandon my order?
GameStop.com cannot issue credit for international packages which are refused or abandoned.
Will the game I ordered play on my system?
The products we sell are designed to work with the NTSC electronics specification only. You should check to see if the products we sell will work with your local area's electronics specification.
Who is responsible for import fees, duties, and other charges?
You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes, and other charges. GameStop.com strongly suggests that you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. GameStop.com cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees.
Do you deliver to international P.O. boxes?
GameStop.com cannot ship to P.O. Boxes outside of the continental United States, and we cannot ship to mail forwarding services.
Ship-To Prohibitions
Please be informed that your designated ship-to address must reflect the address of the ultimate end-user. GameStop.com will not process any order which specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport or hotel.
