Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell
A great game for the first splintercell. A great campaign, it's hard, so don't make it seem like a shooter. One of the best, just like the others.
one of the best gamecube games ever
this game is one of the best ive ever played. actually the whole franchise is awesome. its better than some army franchise like medal of honor. its not better than call of duty but you know what im saying. anyway its an awesome game.
One of the Best Stealth Games EVER
I loves this game. Not as much as Psychonauts, but this game is epic. I love stealth games, and I've never seen anything like this.
Stealth-action seriously redifined
Imagine yourself put into the shoes of the country's best agent in the NSA. By day, you are a loving father of a beautiful daughter, spending your spare time with her, relaxing... By night, you stalk the shadows, in search of important information for the United States. You will stop anyone in your way, in any way necessary. You will not fail. You are a Splinter Cell. In the game, Splinter Cell, for the Gamecube, you play the role of the character mentioned above. His name is Sam Fisher, an agent for a secret division of the National Security Agency, called Third Echelon. You're adventure starts when you are sent off on a mission to meet with a Russian contact in Georgia. From there, a conspiracy begins to unfold, which could lead to World War III. Overall, this is an awesome game. It's based around stealth, combat, and infiltration. You will be required to sneak into Russian bases to gather information regarding this dangerous conspiracy, interrogate enemy agents, and even sneak into the CIA Headquarters to find a mole working for the other side. In this game, the shadows are your best friend; you are able to hide in dark, shaded areas of the environment around you, keeping out of sight of surveillance cameras, guards, etc. A visibility meter on screen will tell you how well you are hidden, and when you are in broad daylight. You are also equipped with high-tech gadgets, and weapons to help you proceed in your mission. The graphics for this game are great; you'll be in the dark most of the time, but with the help of a pair of night vision/thermal vision goggles, you'll be able to see everything quite easily. As far as sound goes, there's not much to say, seeing as the only thing you'll really hear is gunshots, and voices, which you should be able to hear clearly. With nine exciting missions, and an edge-of-your-seat storyline, Splinter Cell is sure to keep you playing for hours on end! (Completion of the entire game should take you about a week, depending on your level of experience with video games)
