Rated 3 out of 10 by WisemanEpsilon Its a bad spiritual sequel to Hey You Pikachu.
While I can't say this is the best game ever, I will say the tried. The graphics are pretty good, the aesthetic is solid, and the minigames aren't half bad. My major problem with it is after you beat the game and get everything there is nothing to do unless you want to watch the same pokemon special over and over again. (and believe me, you don't) Something that ruined gameplay for me early on was PIkachu screwed my TV up and I had to be delivered a black and white one, I was severely dissapointed, especially because I had no money at the time and had to spend about a week (real time) saving up for another one. I would be able to forgive that if it all wasn't so BORING. Nothing happens. The only part that is entertaining is when you first find the Pikachu. No battles, no confilct, no nothing. Just watching a TV within a TV. (Tvception?) I'll admit its a special game to me, but along the lines of "Sorry my son ate your shoes, he's a little bit special." Overall, only buy it if you absolutely must have every pokemon game known to man.

Here's the thing, when people play a lot of new versions of games, they expect the older ones to be just like it, before this one, only 7 pokemon games had been released, Red, Blue, Yellow, Silver, Gold, Crystal, and Hey You Pikachu. This game had the best graphics on the console for its time. The concept was new, a completely real-time based game, furthermore, this game was based for CHILDREN not 20 year old "diehard" Pokemon fans. It was meant to provide little bits of entertainment and interactivity for young children. The gameplay and setup was designed to be so easy, a 5-year-old could understand and do it. It was also designed to develop early childhood abilities, such as making friends and activity encouragement. By the way, how do you get the thought of fighting pokemon from the name "Pokemon Channel" with a picture of a Pikachu waving at you beside a TV?

Rated 2 out of 10 by SanFranciscoFan2010 Not a classic Pokemon
I got this game when I was younger hoping it would be a fun traditional Pokemon game. It wasn't! I never could get into this game no matter how hard I tried. I hoped this would be a fun classic Pokemon game like Pokemon Colosseum and Pokemon XD. All you do is watch TV and collect stickers and other things for your Pokemon's room. In my opinion it was extremely boring and a game I could live without.

This game is good for kids, but it's not really exciting. All you really do is click...click...click and even more clicking. I mean, yeah, I guess watching the TV Show on their might be good for a small grin, but other then that, the other shows are basically useless. This game can pretty much only be enjoyed by kids age 4-7. Otherwise, it isn't really worth the ten dollars, i'd say it's worth 5...maybe less.

Rated 8 out of 10 by hammerofjustice93 Great for a week
This game is a whole lot better than everyone gives it credit for. There is a good bit to do and it's awesome for about a week. There is literally no replay value once you unlock all the channels, but it is still a great game.
Rated 1 out of 10 by pokemon99 Don't buy the game
I hate the game. All you do is watch a Pikachu run a around and watch tv made by pokemon. I do like pokemon but do not buy this is a really bad game.If you want something good to play buy Pokemon Heart Gold.
