This game is really fun to play. There are more than 200 gotcha borgs to unlock in this game. In story mode it starts out with a neat opening video and you start off as G-Red your first gotcha borg and a boy-(who you have to name) , G-Red come from a planet Mecha Borg and it was destroyed by a evil borg name the Galatic Emperor, and G-Red and the boy team up and and make a force call Gotcha Force and a lot more people with borgs join them as well. The game starts off reall easy in the begining but gets harder during each parts of story modes you go through. Some battles are though when you get farther like rival battles when you fight Sho and Orochi. Some boss battles are easy and some are hard. While playing through levels you can unlock more borgs to add to your force. After you beat the game two time you unlock special mode wich you can fight battles you have already done to unlock borgs you haven't. You have to beat the game 9 times completely to unlock certain borgs. If you see this game you should pick it up and you will enjoy it.

This is one of the most funnest game cube games I'd had ever played. I keep this game with my classic old games on my shelf. This game more than hundred gotchaborgs to unlock. The story mode was really fun to play. Every time I'd advance to a level a new character or borg appears. You can trade your borgs with a friend with your memory cards. The story mode starts as a borg name G Red and he came to earth to warn and protect it from evil Death Commander and his armies, and he meets a young boy (which you have to name) and they team up and so on they meet new friends and make force. You won't get bored if you play this game. The boss battles are cool. Everything about this game is fun. I wish Capcom made a sequel of this game to the wii. this game is hard to find, so you should a lot for this game. So buy this game!

I had this game for a long time. I played through the campaign so many times that the play through counter doesn't display the correct play through anymore. There are different ending scenarios depending on which critical one try battles you win, in the sense that different allies at the end. Only one mission I hate and it the intro to Tama and those annoying satellites- there are too many of them.

I love the game, i borrowed it from a friend and purchased one this past week and it showed up all scratched up and broke, game stop guarantees pre-owned games to work?! That is a laugh this game did not even start... defiantly taking into a store and getting a new one...if any of my local stores have it...

Pros = addictive gameplay that is simple yet fun for (E)veryone
Cons = needs difficulty setting
Worth = buy this even if it is used at full retail price
If your looking for something fun to play with your family besides wii sports and guitar/band hero. Then I highly recommend this 3rd person shooting fighter game. Button layout is simple; jump/fly with A button, sidestep by double hitting joystick, press or hold B button for a attack and the same thing goes for the X button, and Y button is a power boost. This will change depending on the gotcha borg and there are 205 of them. The ability to trade them with your friends makes it feel like pokemon.
These borgs will be battling over 17 stages (some stages a lot more than others) in teams of 1 vs 1, 2 vs 2, or even 1 vs 2. Which is all you will do for 15 to 30 hours. Some say it was repetitive because of this, but all you do in call of duty is shoot for countless of hours. No one mentions of that being repetitive. Anyways my time in beating the game said 35 hours, but I really liked it and took my time. Repetition isn't bad if you enjoy it.
You can have as many gotcha borgs on your team as you want just as long as you don't exceed your limit (this can be adjusted in multiplayer, but not single player). The more you win, the more borgs you get in your collection and the higher your limit to include powerful borgs or even more borgs in your party. It would be cooler if we can switch the borgs at any moment during the fight, but you must wait until that borg dies. Then the system will pick the next borg on your team. So make sure you put them in proper order.
The story is like transformers meets medabots, but you won't really care because you'll be too busy having fun and time will fly by. With the ability to restart at anytime, yet keep all your borgs. It makes the replay value decent including them throwing in the new plus. I can't think of any bad things to say except there should have been a difficulty setting. Veteran gamers will feel this is easy. Others will constantly lose and think it is hard.
