Click here to read an interview with David Perry, President and Founder of Shiny Entertainment. Enter the Matrix features awesome gunplay and spectacular martial arts that bend the rules of the Matrix, insane driving and stunts, and the chance to pilot the fastest hovercraft in the fleet. This game isn't just set in the Matrix universe - it's an integral part of the entire Matrix experience, with a story that weaves in and out of The Matrix: Reloaded, the sequel to the Academy Award-winner. Enter the Matrix is the story-behind-the-story.

*Highly original blend of the best-selling console game genres: Action/Exploration/Fighting/Driving

* Game script written and directed by the Wachowski Brothers', the writing-directing team behind the Matrix movie trilogy.

* Nearly one full hour of exclusive, NEVER-BEFORE-SEEN Matrix footage using the film's actors and crew.

* Likeness and voice-overs of key characters from The Matrix Reloaded, including Neo (Keanu Reeves), Trinity (Carrie-Anne Moss), Morpheus (Lawrence Fishburne), Agent Smith (Hugo Weaving), Niobe (Jada Pinkett Smith), Ghost (Anthony Wong), Sparks (Lachy Hulme) and Persephone (Monica Bellucci).

* Truly authentic, photo-realistic Matrix "look" based on unparalleled collaboration with the actual movie-making production crew.

* Contains incredible visual effects, including advanced particle engine and world destruction as seen in the Matrix movie.

* Players will see, only after playing the game, that their actions can actually have an effect on themovie The Matrix Reloaded. When seeing the movie gamers will realize how what they see on screen actually ties in with the game they've played.

* Same musicians and SoundFX in-movie AND in-game.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Game! Quite the good game! Graphics are great for it's time and the textures are quite interesting. Some say the controls are confusing but I beg to differ. (May I say the hand to hand combat is amazingly cool also). The variety of weapons is great and and the way they are used is also great. There is a feature called "focus" that allows you to really slow down time and let's you get in the moment. If I were to have any complaints it would be the fact that your character runs really stupidly, which is really not a big deal but I don't enjoy watching a spy running like guy who is sprinting the 100-yard dash. But overall this game is truly a jem in GameCube history. -GameCuber942

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good, not great I love the matrix movies, but the game is iffy. I don't like the low light in this game, with the brightness turned up all the way. shooting and fighting controls are confusing too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Enter the Matrix This game is fun! People have always wanted to see what it would be like if you were inside the Matrix. Pretty good graphics for Gamecube too. The game has all the stunts down from the movies. TheWachowski Brothers did FANTASTIC on the story board. The gameplay is brilliant. Can't wait to PLAY IT AGAIN! I inspire for YOU to buy this game!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The best Matrix experience. For years Matrix fans have been wondering what it would be like to go into the Matrix. Enter the Matrix offers the answer to that question. Plot:The game is set between Reloaded, Revolution and the Animatrix short film Final Flight of the Orion. A package must be delivered to Zion and it's up to the Logos crew to get it back. Along the way the find out they play a bigger part then the first thought by bumping into other characters and fighting a ridiculous amount of enemies. The game allows you to play with 2 characters Naomi the captain of Logo and Ghost her companion. Although the game tells the same story through both characters at some parts the game changes what each character does for example at one part when driving away from the post office if you play with Naomi you drive the car while if you play Ghost your the shooter. They both have their parts to play. The majority doesn't give too much of challenge though and could make it boring until you have to fight against agents(that can never be killed). Some of the cut scenes are cool especially the ones with the actors in it. There's also the hack section where you can enter in cheat codes and talk to people. Doesn't have the best graphics in the world but they forgivable with good gameplay and a good story. Focus is the big part of the game because this where you can slow down time. Just like in the movies you'll see bullets fly, dodge opponents moves, and pull off some cool looking stunts. You have a pretty big variety of weapons from handguns to uzis nothing is out of your reach. The hand to hand combat is also at your disposal when you run out of bullets and it's pretty cool especially when you go into focus mode you'll do some really butt kicking moves, but that gets repetitive at times. Theres also extra modes like multiplayer fighting where you can fight in different arenas with different characters but the limitation on that is you can't choose who your going to fight with only the arena which is preset. Final Comments: A good game for any causal gamer and a must have for fans of the Matrix. It has enough gunplay, fighting, and slow motion to keep you busy for hours. Gameplay:9.4/10 Acting:9.5/10 Story: 8.7/10 Graphics:7.5/10 Overall:8.8/10
