Rated 8 out of 10 by lobothesacred3 It's time to duel! Again!
Story: There is no story to this game. It is just straight up dueling and dueling puzzles. So this category won't be factored into the rating for this game.
Gameplay: The gameplay is the usual fare for these games. The rules are grounded from the official rules from the various tournaments that have taken place. The game does shake things up a bit if you are used to older games in the Yu-Gi-Oh series like "Stairway to the Destined Duel" in that you use deck points to purchase new booster backs and cards you acquire with passwords instead of being able to choose a booster pack after you win a duel.
Graphics: The graphics are what you'd expect. You can see extremely small images that represent what the card is. The rest of the cards are the proper color. The game does its job as well as can be expected for a card game on the GBA.
Sound: I'm not a fan of the sounds for this game. The default bleep when you move around on the main menu is rather annoying and the background music tends to feel painfully dull to listen to.
Lasting Appeal: This game offers various modes and unlockables that will take you hours to achieve.

You can improve your dueling skills in duel puzzles where you have to figure out and win in one turn. I like this because you have to think strategically before you make your move and not just play your favorite cards. You duel against duel monsters in this game, not duelists, to unlock more levels, more duel puzzles and more challenges, as well as to more card packs.
