The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly
The game is a bit watered down from the PC version. The game has removed the ability to create a subway system and you don't have to manage the water system anymore as well. The game also has a few issues like roads not connecting properly. You'll lay them out, but they will only go in one direction and won't connect to pieces perpendicular to that direction.
Graphically the game is similar to the PC version. While the game is weaker visually the loss isn't that great. So, the game does manage to stay true to the previous game rather decently for the most part, but a few of the finer details like cars traveling on the road have been removed.
The game is largely silent with only a few generic sound effects. The game just feels devoid of personality and the song on the title screen is just atrocious.
This game never ends. It is a constant job to maintain your city. But, I can't recommend the game do to its watered down nature and the extremely small screen serves to hinder your efforts as well as make it difficult to get a good grasp on the layout of the city.
