Rated 7 out of 10 by I actually know my wii's It's worth the money and is pretty addicting
This game is a pretty interesting game, for those who don't know much about it, don't expect it to be like those regular pokemon games where you're the person (example: Ash), instead, YOU'RE the pokemon in this game. You start off with two pokemon and can get recruits which are also other pokemon. I don't want to give away the game though. Anyways, the game itself is a fun game to play, I found myself addicted to it at first and I still like to start over a new game so I can level up more and stuff. The length of the game goes on like forever even after you beat the game, you still keep playing and there's still side missions which is pretty fun. Plus, the game has legendary pokemons which you can play as which was really cool. The game overall is a pretty good gameboy advance video game. It's worth the money. So if you're looking for a game that will keep you addicted for quite awhile like 7 months or so, this is a good game to do the job.

I LOVE POKEMON! I mean i really love it. This game is just The perfect thing for me to do. If you like action, cosmic mischief, cartoon animation, and even cool creatures the this is the game for you. The battles are fun, exciting, and amazing. Rated 10 out of 10 by OsazetheAssassin The best pokemon spin off
This game has many elements of the original trainer games, but is VERY VERY different. So if you don't want different, stop reading and don't get this game, because you'll be sorely disappointed. However, it is a very good game in itself. This game can be challenging and the legendaries can be a pain to get, but this gives you a truly rewarding feel when you get your favorite legendaries on your team. Don't care about all the hype for legendaries? Well, besides the 10 exclusives to red and blue, you can get ALL 386 pokemon from Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn. The story itself can get really sappy at times, but I thought that it was great. This game makes it feel as if the pokemon are truly your partners, because you can talk to them and give them names. Overall, this game is surprisingly amazing, and will give you HOURS UPON HOURS of fun and enjoyment
Rated 7 out of 10 by Bubba the oak knoll school jokester This game is not very good, but it does have its good parts
The title of my review says it all. This game is too long. The storyline is not quite as catchy as some other games I've played. The graphics are okay. You can barely customize your character, but the Pokemon species placement test at the beginning of the game is very fun to do. I do not like the game's sound that much. I enjoy this game quite a lot, but sometimes the game can be frustrating. The game can be really hard, but most of the time it is too easy. The controls are very easy to learn. I think that this game is a little above average. I would give this a solid 7 out of 10. This game can be very funny. I like getting different Pokemon species. I like getting a ton of money and leaving it in the bank. The Pokemon Mystery Dungeon sub-series is a very unique set of Pokemon games.
Rated 8 out of 10 by pobopP3 A great Pokemon spin-off
I would say that the Mystery Dungeon series has undoubtedly been the best spin-off of Pokemon games released. With an incredibly intriguing and well-written story, new Pokemon songs that will be in your head for days, and screen direction that fits the game as a whole, this game is a keeper to all Pokemon fans, both young and old. This game really gives a new perspective on Pokemon, seeing that it strays from the norm of "Become the Pokemon Champion and finish the Pokedex and do this, that, and the other thing too." Pokemon lovers and mystery dungeon lovers alike will appreciate this game as much as each other.

I lost this game and for the love of God I cannot find it. But its well worth having! now I admit some boss battles (like the Rayquaza one) are pretty hard but it's well worth having the game in the end. There's no actual need to have multiple same-generation games in order to have all the pokemon. But the sad part is that if you need to get rescued the DS and GBA codes only work on the own system and not the other. I am getting this game again ASAP. Heh, I'm 16 and I still play Pokemon.
Rated 8 out of 10 by Papasongbird If you love Pokemon and like dungeon crawlers...
...then this game is for you! Everything about this game is decent, but what stands out most is the story and dialogue. The friendship you have with your partner is the heart of the game. Yes, I gave everything else a 7 but the story is an easy 8 (too bad that's not an option here). You have the "choice" of getting a Pokemon but there's a twist--you have to answer questions a certain way, leading you to various ones (there's about 12 to choose from). If you don't like the one you get, I suggest you start the game over and answer differently. After that's done, you can choose your partner.
Like I said in the title, this game is a dungeon crawler, comparable to games like the Chocobo Dungeon series for the Playstation. It has you going to different places like forests, mountains and well, dungeons (whoa!) to be pit against other random Pokemon. You will find items, money and the like sprouted all over the many floors of said dwellings. Some missions have bosses and are stronger, probably rarer Pokemon that will take extra might to conquer.
All in all, I'd recommend this to lovers of this type of game and to diehard Pokemon fans. It's totally different than the main series games and you don't have to just sit there in a battle. Yes, you still take turns attacking but it's in real time so it's varied in that way compared to the other Pokemon games. I recommend buying this new because it can be found for dirt cheap! If you own a DS, I hear Explorers of the Sky is the best way to go.
Rated 10 out of 10 by JazzieGirl Super cute and fun! :D
I played this game a few years ago, and it was so adorable. Original story, great start to the game too. This game is pretty addicting. I did play the sequel to this game too. It was alright but this one is my favorite of the two. Is it worth the $10 Absolutely! Get this game. :)

This game is good, but its not the best. If you want an original game with out diamond and pearl- then get it. I got this game when it first came out, it was very good, but the lasting appel isnt very much. You would get bored after a few trys, its kinda hard but it is fun.
Rated 8 out of 10 by maxlevelplayer530 Ok until the next ones came out
I loved playing this game. I would spend hours during the week playing. You will if you get it. Then i got a the next mystery dungeon (explorers of time) and it took over. It was still a pretty good game on gameboy.
