Metroid: Zero Mission
A fantastic remake!!!!!!
As many of you guys know, Metroid Zero Mission is a remake of the original Metroid game. And I think it's a lot better and easier than the original. The reason I say that is that one, there is a very easy to read map that will help you a lot. Two, there are save stations, and three, if you die you don't start at the very beginning of the area with 30 energy like in the original. Nintendo added something that I really like to this game. Despite all the downsides of the original Metroid that I said, once you beat Zero Mission you can play that game as well on the same cartridge. And also, once you beat Mother Brain, the game continues on. Samus gets attacked by space pirates and they steal her power suit. So you have to travel around all the space pirates and get your suit back. If a space pirate sees you, find a place to hide otherwise, you'll get hit and take a whole energy tank damage. Great remake and a great game!! Also, if you link Metroid Fusion to it, you'll get a surprise on the Zero Mission cartridge.
Re-make of a classic!
The best game boy game in a while, metroid: zero mission is a remake of metroid (another must-have) This game is very challenging and I am actually haven't beaten it yet. (stuck at Mother Brain) This game is great for those who love the metroid series, or those looking for sci-fi action. This will keep you busy for weeks, for it is so challenging and has many hidden passages to explore. Buy it now!!!
metroid fans come out and play...
let me start and say this is a remake of metroid (the original) but its updated in every way possible and feels like a brand new game.. this game boasts all kinds of awesome it has a deeper story line, meaner enemys, better graphics, bigger land scape, eight endings which unlock rare artwork,it even has an extended game where when you beat the game the ship crashes youre in the zero suit and have to run for your life to find an escape ship.this game rocks...
This is a must for anyone metroid fan as well as anyone who's played metroid fusion or super metroid. Trust me when i say that although at first glance it make appear "kiddy-ish" its actually pretty good and i find it alot faster paced and more enjoyable than metroid fusion.
I went to Gamestop a few days ago shortly after getting my new DS Lite. I went there looking for a few good GBA games and I found... THIS!!! I, knowing it was a remake, didn't expect much. But with the graphics, gameplay, music, and the game overall is amazing! This game will bring hours of fun! It's a great game! It has all of the great things from the first Metroid... plus meaner enemies and meaner bosses, and some pretty awesome Power-Ups..... (and yes, they have the Screw Attack!) I highly recommend this game!
Its my favorite!
I'm 13 and have an Xbox 360 which i play Halo on and know matter what this still is the most fun game I have ever played. Every other Metroid game has been awlful except for the NES, Fusion, and this game. I recommend playing this game because I have played it eight times and still am finding new places and still having a great time. Sure its from 2004, but hey, you were most likely born before than anyway! BTW i'm currently looking for a GBA just so I can play this game!
while this is not as good as fusion, this is a really hard remake of the original metroid, and it's a blast to play. the maps are complex but you'll find a way to navigate. but there are times where you'll get stuck, but you'll work around it. not to mention that the music is epic. this is one of the best gba games
A perfect portable Metroid!
Better than Fusion. You may or may not agree but this game simply rocks. Part original, part remake this game reminds me more of Super Metroid. This game handles great. Must have!
Remake of a Classic. And it WORKS.
This game ROCKS! Not only is it a remake of the original Metroid game, but it's got new graphics and storyline! if you can find it in stores, GET IT!
This is the Best handheld Metroid to date. Enough said. :)
