Rated 3 out of 5 by from FPS fun, but lacking in all other aspects. Turok like Goldeneye was one of my first FPS games. Between dinos, destructive weapons and an array of creatures/aliens, Turok had its FPS style down. Although you found the weapons through out the game I'd be lying if I said I didn't use a cheat code for all the weapons and unlimited ammo. Bad yes, but so awesome using what I call the "Sun Gun" for destructive happiness. The story isn't very interesting and lacks honestly. There were times I actually got lost on levels which added to frustration. This game is fun in a sense of shooting up dinos and aliens alike, but with all honesty there wasn't much replay value for me. For others there might be, but with a lack of a real story kind of ruins the concept of playing the game through again. If you get this it might be fun to try the "original" since they remade Turok on the 360 (which is not that fun btw), but this isn't a masterpiece and honestly one of the top tier games on the N64.
