I only heard about the Parasite Eve through The 3rd Birthday, and I thought I'd check it out. I saw it on PlayStation Store under the PsOne Classics, so I bought it on my PSP. I'm glad I used 6 bucks for this PS1 game. The graphics are kind of smudgy, but it's great for the age of the game (more than 10 years). I love the gameplay. Parasite Eve II reminds me of Resident Evil. You go around New York as Aya Brea, kicking butt and hunting done monsters known as the Neo Mitochondrion. The sound is great, such as hearing Aya's footsteps on the floor in the Akropolis level, the banging of the gunfire. The Parasitic Abilities are awesome too. Overall, Parasite Eve II is great for fans of Parasite Eve and a good use of 6 bucks.

This game was one of my favorites on the ps1, with a story just as good as the first Parasite Eve. If you enjoy RPG's this game is a must play. You can either start with this one or go back to the first game but in the end story and graphics are stunning since this game was made back in the day.
With awesome replay value and 3 different endings as well be prepared to be pushed to the limit with hours of game play. If you loved Aya in the first one you will definitely love her in this game.

After almost a year of releasing The 3rd Birthday they finally released this on America's PSN. It is a wonderful game. If you enjoy the first three resident evil games, you'll love this one. It has the same freaky camera angles, combined with a super awesome RPG fighting style (NOT TURN BASED, BUT YOU LEVEL YOURSELF UP) and fight with telekinetic powers. Don't bother playing the first one, as it's not even nearly as enjoyable as this one is.
