Rated 5 out of 5 by from Throwback Arcade Shooting at It's Finest Lethal Enforcers 1 and 2 is a compilation which came out in 1997 for the PlayStation 1. It features two almost arcade perfect ports of the original 1992 game, and it's wild west themed sequel from 1994. Sound Department wise, everything is good, but it's not truly arcade perfect, since even though Lethal Enforcers II uses redbook audio which is directly taken from the arcade version, the first Lethal Enforcers uses the arranged soundtrack which was used for the Sega CD (though i can say that it's a good arrangement which was composed by Tappy Iwase of Konami's Kukeiha Club, who would later go and compose the score for Metal Gear Solid 1). Gameplay wise, it's a light gun shooter which also works with the controller, but to be fair, you're better off getting either a early pre-GunCon light pistol such as Konami's Hyper Blaster (which was renamed the Justifier in the states) or a universal light gun which works with both GunCon 1 and 2, and has a normal gun mode. Overall, this game is a good on-rails shooter which is considered by many to be the most definitive ports for LE 1 and 2.
