Product Details:

Welcome to Vegas. New Vegas. It's the kind of town where you dig your own grave prior to being shot in the head and left for dead...and that's before things really get ugly. It's a town of dreamers and desperados being torn apart by warring factions vying for complete control of this desert oasis. It's a place where the right kind of person with the right kind of weaponry can really make a name for themselves, and make more than an enemy or two along the way. As you battle your way across the heat-blasted Mojave Wasteland, the colossal Hoover Dam, and the neon drenched Vegas Strip, you'll be introduced to a colorful cast of characters, power-hungry factions, special weapons, mutated creatures and much more. Choose sides in the upcoming war or declare "winner takes all" and crown yourself the King of New Vegas in this follow-up to the 2008 videogame of the year, Fallout 3. Enjoy your stay.

  • Feel the Heat in New Vegas! Not even nuclear fallout could slow the hustle of Sin City. Explore the vast expanses of the desert wastelands - from the small towns dotting the Mojave Wasteland to the bright lights of the New Vegas strip. See the Great Southwest as could only be imagined in Fallout.
  • Feuding Factions, Colorful Characters and a Host of Hostiles! A war is brewing between rival factions with consequences that will change the lives of all the inhabitants of New Vegas. The choices you make will bring you into contact with countless characters, creatures, allies, and foes, and determine the final explosive outcome of this epic power struggle.
  • New Systems! Enjoy new additions to Fallout: New Vegas such as a Companion Wheel that streamlines directing your companions, a Reputation System that tracks the consequences of your actions, and the aptly titled Hardcore Mode to separate the meek from the mighty. Special melee combat moves have been added to bring new meaning to the phrase "up close and personal". Use V.A.T.S. to pause time in combat, target specific enemy body parts and queue up attacks, or get right to the action using the finely-tuned real-time combat mechanics.
  • An Arsenal of Shiny New Guns! With double the amount of weapons found in Fallout 3, you'll have more than enough new and exciting ways to deal with the threats of the wasteland and the locals. In addition, Vault-Tec engineers have devised a new weapons configuration system that lets you tinker with your toys and see the modifications you make in real time.
  • Let it Ride! In a huge, open world with unlimited options you can see the sights, choose sides, or go it alone. Peacemaker or Hard Case, House Rules, or the Wild Card - it's all in how you play the game

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Fallout I played This is the first game in the Fallout series I played and recommend it. It was just dead on what I was looking for, good map, gameplay, everything! I was expecting less out of this game but got more then I should. I don't regret a penny spent on this game. If you're looking for a good game just for your free time, then you better have tons of free time because this game is addicting. I have tons of more good things to say but it will be too much to say. But long Review short, 10/10

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It is awesome and enjoyable on many levels Even though that I hadn't beaten this game yet and that I got it on Monday, this is game is worth your time, even if you are new to franchise, much like I am. Since I've beaten Fallout 3, I decided to try out New Vegas and even though I didn't get the ultimate edition because I didn't had enough money, I went for the regular edition, which was fair enough, just as long as I was getting more of the Fallout experience and the result was mind blowing. However, this game has the same problems that Fallout 3 has. It had froze up on me a few times and I had to reset the game because of it but once you get it working, you're all set. Also, whenever you beat the game, you cannot continue to roam free in the wasteland. Why would the game developers make the same mistake again? I have no idea. Overall, you should just take your time playing this game and there are plenty of side missions, which do prove to be very interesting and will keep you busy. Like Fallout 3, it's about how you play the game. You can either be the good guy or the bad but knowing me, I'm prefer being the good guy. One more thing to point out, the third person view looks better in New Vegas then it does in Fallout 3 but continue playing in first person view.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of the best games I started this game in 2011 and just finished it in the summer of 2014. I took a year or two off playing the game, but when I came back to it it was so fun. The means of survival and adventuring are so exciting. Something new and/or scary around every corner. I love how you can just find random locations in the middle of the desert. The more I think about the more I want to play it again. It took me another year to get all the achievements, so as of summer of 2015 I have completed the story mode and the achievements. There are so many other side quests that take up so much time but its fun! There are a few glitches here and there but overall such a good game.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from THIS GAME IS AWESOME Fallout: New Vegas is easily my favorite game of all time. The characters are all interesting, and there are enough factions to side with to give you days of playtime, just to go with them all. There are tons of side missions, secrets, Easter eggs, and unique weapons to last you a long time. And that is without any DLC. Of course, there will be the occasional bug or glitch, but these are often quite entertaining in and of themselves. All in all, buy the game.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Interesting Robots, gangster, robots, monsters, bugs, convicts, escaped convicts, this game is what I call Interesting this game has something for all types of gamers it is a interesting sandbox but the thing is that they don't teach you how to pull out a gun, but I eventually had to figure it out and here's how you pull out a gun press B then press RT or LT depending on where you are if you have pressed on of these buttons then you are on items so I think you're supposed to press a but if you don't have you you should be on your stuff then use the little thing you use to move use that to move to weapons and then select whatever gun knife machete or energy weapon etc, etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best game i have ever played! This is a great game for fans of fps rpg's! I have put over 2,000 hours into this game and still find things to do. You play the game as you want and how you like, resulting in the capability for everyone to have their own play style preferences! You will definitely get your moneys worth from this game. Keep in mind this game came out a while back, so the graphics and gameplay mechanics aren't the best. But for its time, it's no doubt in my mind the best game!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A decent game. Fallout:New Vegas was a big step from Bethesda. They answered many of our questions. For starters, the game starts you off as a courier who was supposed to deliver a package to the glittering sin city of the Vegas strip. What happened to the courier? Well, he was shot in the head by some gang members and they took the chip. Luckily, a robot digs you up and you are healed by a doctor in the settlement of GoodSprings. After taking a "physical" by Doc Mitchel, you are free to explore where ever you want. One huge change that you will notice at the beginning of the game is that the atmosphere has changed completely. Now you don't always see green where ever you go. The game has new changes like enemies. you still have the original enemies and new ones like the NCR and Caesars Legion. Also the game has weapon mods now so you can have a silenced sniper or a scoped hunting rifle. You can also toggle true iron sights. At last when you beat the game you still can't continue. Why would they make the same mistake twice? They also still have awkward lip syncing, and animations but it is still a good game. Word to the wise, The game was made by different companies, but it still plays like a fallout game. Don't expect a Fallout 4 because it has been leaked, but so far there were too may hoaxes that I lost hope.
