Rated 4 out of 5 by from What an awesome experience I just beat the game not too long ago and all I can say that this game was worth my time, even though that I'd been playing since 11/5/15 and I beat today on 4/28/2016 and the result was very pleasing. I've played this game as a good guy and even though you could also play the game was a bad guy, it felt more needed to be the good guy of the story that this game had. There are two things to point out from this game. 1. Sometimes, the game was will freeze but once you reset it, you're fine. It's nothing too major but it does get annoying. 2. After you beat the game, you can't continue going on side missions and such. I thought I could continue after beating it like most RPG and Open World games but this one, did not. Unless if you want to start a new game, that's probably fine with you. A few times, this game did get frustrating when I kept dying like crazy but once you've finally figure your way around and how to take down enemies, the rest is easy. This game did had some really epic moments to it and the possibilities that you can do are right in front of you. It's all about decisions and how you play the game. It makes more sense to play the game in first person view because third person view doesn't seem to be all that impressive but does you a chance to get a look at your custom made character and I love idea that this is a game where you get to make your own character. It's just that awesome to have that option instead of playing as a character who is unlikeable on many levels. I was only level 15 when I beat this game and I was considered to be a hero in the eyes of many and it felt good. Rest in Peace, Ryan (the name of my character). This is a great pick up for RPG/Shooter fans. I recommend this. Next one to get is 'Fallout: New Vegas'.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buy This! This is probably my most favorite game of all time. If you like rpg's with a ton of side quests and large open world to explore, this game is for you. This game does have a slight learning curve, but once you get it down it is extremely addicting. Think futuristic Skyrim with post apocalyptic mutants. One thing that made me love this game more than others is that somehow it makes you feel like you are part of the story. It's like reading a book and getting pulled into the story, not that I've ever read a book in my life. There's also a V.A.T.S. system that let's you pause the game and choose your combat choices tactically. I especially like sniping guns out of peoples hands then switch to a flaming shish kabob sword when they run at me swinging. Pro's: Awesome soundtrack and voiceover (your father is Liam Neeson from Taken, the narrator is Ron Perlman from Sons of Anarchy, and the president is Malcolm McDowel from Heroes), hilarious side quests quests/perks, huge open world, killer graphics, and more loot than you can carry. Con's: There were a lot of reports saying this game froze a lot. I rarely experienced this, however I do recommend to save a lot, as you can die very quickly in certain parts. Also, no mutated unicorns.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This Game Ruined My Social Life, 10/10 I have spent literally 1200+ in this game. Everything from gameplay, to story, to side quests keeps you hooked for years on end. The last 3 years of my gaming life was largely spent here. I highly recommend to anybody over the age of 14 (you need somewhat of a mature viewpoint of things and an attention span). I also would look into the "Fallout 3 Numbers Station" urban legend and try it out, not sure if it works, but I'm trying.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from overrated It is a great game to play no doubt, but after a few hours it gets pretty boring. After about the first 4 to 5 quests it got pretty boring in my opinion.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My favorite game. Fallout 3 is my favorite game. Now, the reason why it isn't a perfect 10 is because the game is extremely buggy. There are so many bugs that it felt like Bethesda rushed it. Still, the game is addicting and epic; it last you for years. The hundreds of hours(yes, hundreds) you're gonna spend on this game is going to be awesome, each and every one. Buy it now.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Absolutely fantastic Buy this right now! $3 is a steal. This game is even better (in many ways, not all) than it's predecessor Fallout: New Vegas, which is also a fantastic game. If you love RPGs, you will not regret this purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Its Oblivion with guns This game is a steal for 3 bucks! Its a good enough game to be sold for full price! Its got an open world vibe kinda like Oblivion and the way you talk and interact with people is similar to Oblivion. They added a persuasion and intimidating speech thing which makes conversations more interesting when you succeed at them of course. Firing a gun is a lot of fun in Fallout 3. You feel satisfied when you shoot off the limbs of you enemies and the story is engaging and intense and if your a hardcore gamer or even a casual gamer this game is for you.
