Product Details:

We're not philosophers. We just like to play videogames. We don't know the first thing about free will vs. determinism, but we do know that it is your destiny to get Fable III, the latest installment of the franchise that allows you to forge your own adventure through the choices you make. Set five decades after the events in Fable II, the land of Albion has enjoyed the fruits of the industrial revolution, but the fate of the kingdom is in peril. As you are drawn into the revolution, you'll find yourself in a position of power. Whether you use that power for personal gain or for the greater good is up to you; or is it?

  • Be the hero and forge your own destiny. Storytelling comes to life as "Fable III" puts you and your hero in the center of an epic journey that traces your rise from revolutionary to ruler and beyond, along with all the action, drama and humor. Interacting with the world of Albion has never been easier or more rewarding. The Expressions system offers an ingenious new Dynamic Touch feature that allows your hero to reach out and embrace a loved one, or exact retribution against those who have betrayed you. Your hero, your faithful canine companion and even your weapons now also evolve to extremes mirroring your morality and personal style of combat. The emotional connections players will develop in the world of "Fable III" will lead to some of the most memorable moments ever experienced in a game.
  • Where blockbuster action meets adventure. Your journey spans from the streets of a thriving and industrialized Albion to the surrounding battlefields. The pioneering one-button combat system allows players to easily combine different styles in their arsenal - hand-to-hand melee attacks, long-range precision shooting and wickedly catastrophic spells - to advance the one-button combat mechanic to a full scale, thrilling level that offers infinite ways to engage, experiment and compete.
  • Choice and consequence. A core tenet of the "Fable" franchise, players are presented with infinite choices and consequences that impact the world around them. Good or evil, loved or loathed, career versus family, or just you and your faithful canine companion - live the life you have always dreamed. More so than ever before, your choices lead to far more profound outcomes that impact your every being. Whether it's deciding the outcome of minor squabbles or changing the direction of the entire kingdom, these key decisions will change the world forever.

Game Informer Rating:

Rated 9.0 out of 10 by Game Informer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent buy Not the greatest graphics and a bit similar to the gameplay in Fable 2, but still good if you don't play often.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fable 3 I just like fable, though I don't think it's as good as the first one.It worked great, and I enjoyed very much!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Amazing pt 3! I never got to play these when they came out. Truthfully i had no idea they existed. I discovered Fable 2 summer of 2015 and i fell in love with it! Fable 3 is the perfect sequel to the second. *spoiler* i love that you are the child of the Hero from fable 2 *End Spoiler*. I am halfway done with the game as of this date (started it a week ago) and i couldn't be happier. The ONLY reason I'm not giving it a 10 star rating is because i loved Fable 2 just a tiny bit more. I just recently bought Fable Anniversary and i can't wait to start playing! (I'm a one game at a time kind of guy.)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not a home run, but it's off the outfield wall... Well... where to begin... First off, I LOVED the voice acting...it was a lot of fun to listen to the characters interact. To me that all deserved a definite 10. I also really enjoyed the humor of the game. From each npc being labeled personality wise to even a gay/straight/lesbian (didn't see any bi though which would have been pretty awesome). Beyond the acting and the humor though the game takes a decidedly steep dip downwards. The story like in pretty decent if not somewhat cliche, the graphics are not that far above average, and the fighting goes from absolutely dull to absolutely in your face which makes it feel a bit like the creators were not sure what direction to take it in. The leveling up system was pretty decent as well. Overall I will likely play this game again once I finish it to try an alternative path and see if the replay-ability is worth it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fun series! I am not a hardcore gamer. In fact, before playing the Fable games, I rarely played video games at all. Not anymore! I love these games! The story is great, controls are easy to understand and use, and the game has lots of fun things to do. I get such a kick out of doing nutty stuff in this game. My only issue with this particular rendition of the franchise is that the main quest was almost too easy to finish. Fortunately, there are plenty of side quests to keep you occupied.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from awful... I've played the whole game through just hoping the game will get better. But it stayed the same throughout... the map is awful... the gold dust that leads you is glitchy... the game is way too easy... the story is cliche... overall it's a terrible game that I do NOT recommend playing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fable Forget I don't know what happened. Fable 2 was really fun. Yea it wasn't no Skyrim, but It's epic on it's own right. Fable 3 was like it was trying too hard and got lost on the way.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One of the Best RPGS Ever Made Fable 3 gives you the power of choice, which sadly does not come in many games in the world. I have to say though, the graphics were pretty unacceptable for a spectacular game like this. For example, when following the trail to your objective, it sometimes flickers on and off. But the experience, freedom, and storyline really have impressed me.This game let's you explore a vast magical realm with so many things to do. I also loved how they mixed comical dialogue with an action-packed story. I remember a quest where three wizards in red robes turned me as small as a pea, but the funny part was the conversations they had in between. Overall, I kindly apreciated how Microsoft combined little details together to make a enjoyable adventure.
