E3 2014 is coming, and we're ready to provide you with all the latest news, updates and more!

So what is E3? Simply put, it's the premier trade show for all things gaming, computer and wicked cool technology. E3 is the place to be for every gamer and technogeek on Earth. And we're no different. So we'll be providing an E3 live stream on Gameinformer throughout the entire show.

Our E3 live coverage will keep you up to date on E3 news, including the latest games and announcements for PS4, Wii U, and Xbox One. Who knows what Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo will be unveiling this year at E3? We're just as anxious to find out as you are!

Looking for E3 tickets? Sorry, but unfortunately the event is only open to the gaming press and a lucky few. Luckily for you, with our E3 live stream, you'll still feel like you're right there, minus the shoving masses, sticky floors and body funk. You're welcome.

Microsoft E3 News and Announcements

Holding true to form, the Xbox platforms will be the first to receive Call of Duty Advanced Warfare DLC.

Forza Horizon 2 on Xbox consoles has announced release date of September 30, 2014.

Assassin's Creed Unity will be set during the French Revolution and allows players to team together in the first-ever Assassins Creed co-op experience.

Microsoft has announced that Xbox One will get Dragon Age Inquisition content first. Content will be released on Xbox 360, PS4, PS3 and PC afterward.

Insomniac Games has announced the Xbox One Exclusive, Sunset Overdrive will have a release date of October 28th, 2014.

Microsoft has also announced that new content for The Division will be available first on Xbox One. The Division is an open world, Co-op, tactical shooter. First debuting at last year's E3, the division now has a release date in 2015.

Microsoft announced details of the much anticipated Halo: The Master Chief Collection. A collection of your favorite Halo games bundled together and running in a beautiful 1080p 60fps.

Microsoft has announced that Halo: The Master Chief Collection will release in holiday 2014. A release date has not yet been announced for Halo 5.

EA E3 News and Announcements

After a quick look at the new Star wars Battlefront, EA is kicking off E3 with a new look at Dragon Age Inquisition. In a world on the brink of chaos, you take the role of the Inquisitor and the choice is yours to lead your hero against the forces of evil to become legends in the Dragon Age. The release date for Dragon Age Inquisition is 10/7/2014.

EA has confirmed a new Mass Effect is in the works. No details as of yet, however Mass Effect is a great series and we are sure this game will continue that tradition. We will let you know as soon as a release date for the new Mass effect has been announced.

EA Sports UFC brings us the iconic Bruce Lee this year. He is one of the fathers of mixed martial arts, and now anyone can fight like Bruce Lee. EA Sports UFC's release date is June 17th.

The Sims 4 looks to build on what has made the franchise already so successful, with smarter, more natural Sims. And now for the first time your Sims can feel and express emotions. The addition of emotions gives the Sims 4 deeper gameplay and even more immersive storytelling.

It's time for Madden 15. This Madden is all about defense. New defensive cameras give you a better view, and the new tackling system promises to take Madden NFL 15 to the next level. Madden 15's release date is 8/26/2014.

EA is bringing emotion like never before to FIFA Soccer 15. Players now have memories and will express themselves like never before. Cut, sprint, and explode to the ball, as you feel the athleticism in every kick, slide, or tackle. EA Sports FIFA 15's release date is 9/13/2014.

EA has announced a new addition into the Battlefield family, and it's called Battlefield: Hardline. Battlefield Hardline will launch this fall, and the Battlefield: Hardline beta is available now.

Sony PlayStation E3 News and Announcements

Sony is kicking off their E3 2014 with a look at Bungie's new game Destiny. The Destiny beta will begin July 17th with a surprise alpha starting June 12th. Destiny has a release date of 9/9/2014 and will be available in an exclusive PS4 Bundle containing Destiny and a white PS4.

Next up is the highly anticipated PS4 exclusive The Order 1886. Blending fantasy with reality this game looks to be a one of the most exciting games from Sony in years. The Order 1886 has a release date of 2/20/2015.

Returning for round 3 this year is Little Big Planet 3. Sackboy is back and this time he's bringing three new friends with him. Oddsock, Swoop, and Toggle will be new playable characters bringing more depth to the Little Big Planet experience and promising to be the biggest Little Big Planet ever.

Ubisoft's Far Cry 4 moves the series from the tropical islands up to the Himalayas. Far Cry 4 contains a rich expansive world with vast heights to explore. And what's the best mode of transportation to explore this new world? Riding an Elephant of course.

It's not all gorgeous vistas and tropical animals. Zombies are coming to PS4 in an all new Dead Island 2. It's survival gaming at its best. Dead Island 2 looks to be a fun and intriguing addition to the series. We'll have to wait a little longer before we get to see some gameplay, and Dead Island 2's release date has not yet been announced.

It's not all games from Sony at E3 this year. Sony gave a look at the previously teased Project Morpheus virtual Reality headset and the soon to be released PlayStation TV. Check back often for more information and an official release date.

Now I'm sure this announcement will make a lot of gamers happy. Grand Theft Auto 5 will be available on PlayStation 4 this fall. GTA 5 was one of the biggest games last year and will certainly be a welcomed edition to the PlayStation 4 Library.

We got our first look at Batman Arkham Knight, where you'll be able to take to the streets in the Batmobile for the first time. We saw another one of our favorites re-appear with The Last of Us: Remastered. Although it may be hard to believe, but the The Last of Us looks better than ever on PS4, and will be available on 7/29/2014.

Last but certainly not least, is Uncharted 4: A Thief's End. Naughty Dog is known as one of PlayStation's premiere development studios, producing some of the best looking and most entertaining games in the past years. Carve out some time to play Uncharted 4 when it's available exclusively on PlayStation.

Nintendo E3 News and Announcements

Nintendo is kicking things off with a new look at Super Smash Bros. Square off against your friends in your newly redesigned Nintendo mii. Play as a fighter, brawler, or gunner to jump into the action against your favorite Nintendo characters.

Nintendo just announced a new line of interactive toys called Amiibo. Amiibo transmits and receives data from the Wii U, storing your skills and stats. Giving you the freedom to take your game info with you wherever you go. Nintendo's Amiibo will release with Super Smash Bros.

Nintendo provided a fresh look at a new Yoshi game entitled, Yoshi Wolly World. Yoshi Wolly World is a fun and engaging co-op experience. In this 2D action platformer Yoshi is free to explore and experience the world unlike ever before, making this a game you will want to play again and again.

Yoshi's not the only one getting his own game. In Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker for the Wii U, you can take Captain Toad on an adventure unlike anything before. Spin and twist, your way through puzzles and challenges and investigate levels from the first-person perspective using the Wii U GamePad.

Nintendo's yet unnamed addition to The Legend of Zelda franchise is shaping up to be another crowd pleaser. Nintendo has announced that this stunningly beautiful Zelda game will be an open world adventure game. You are free to enter any area from any direction as you experience this non-linear adventure, on your quest to explore all the secrets waiting to be discovered. A release date for the Legend of Zelda has yet to be announced, so check back often for the latest news.

Nintendo has unveiled the sequel for one of the highest reviewed Wii games of 2012, Xenoblade Chronicles 2. This Macross Mecha inspired RPG is set to release next year in 2015 and is a welcomed edition to the franchise.

Nintendo's looking to bring back some additional fan favorites including: Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire slated for a November release date. Bayonetta 2, is set to be released this October, and Hyrule Warriors will be available September 26th. Kirby and the Rainbow Curse , Mario Maker, and Splatoon were also announced, yet no release date was given.
