Product Details:

Super Mario 64 DS is an update to the classic Nintendo 64 game. This time players compete head-to-head for the stars. The player with the most stars when time runs out wins. Or you can take control of four different characters in the single player game. Pick this game up and be glued to your DS for hours!

Each of the four main characters has multiple jumping moves that cover great horizontal and vertical distances. Each has unique moves: Yoshi can eat enemies and turn them into eggs that he can throw; Mario can punch, kick and wall-jump to great heights; super-strong Wario can break certain blocks; and Luigi can jump incredibly high. Power Flowers give each character even cooler powers, like invisibility, fire breath or the power to float through the air. Answering an invitation, Mario, Luigi and Wario set out for a royal party with Princess Peach. When they arrive at the castle, though, they find it strangely empty. Meanwhile, Yoshi awakes from a rooftop nap to find the castle eerily silent, with Mario, Luigi and Wario nowhere to be seen. Yoshi soon discovers that Bowser has pilfered the castle's Power Stars and imprisoned the Toads in the castle's immense collection of paintings. It's up to the dynamic dino to figure out what happened to Mario, Luigi and Wario and save the day.

* Play as Mario, Yoshi, Luigi and even Wario. You'll need to use each one's unique abilities to find 150 Power Stars hidden in the castle and grounds.

* Play through Adventure mode and try your stylus-wielding hand at tons of new touch-sensitive min-games.

* Battle up to three friends in Wireless Versus mode, which you can play with only one Super Mario 64 DS game card.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The most nostalgic game has returned for the Ds!!! I bought this game a few years after my friend took back the copy of the game that he had given us and man after I bought this all of the memories came flooding back to me in waves. It still to this day is the most nostalgic game I've ever played on the Ds and will be the first game that I will have my kids play. There's just a very small problem with how it plays on the Ds controls, but if you have a 3ds the controls will be no problem because of the control-stick like d-pad. I highly recommend you go and buy a copy of this game right away. You won't be disappointed!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from mario 64 ds I had this game for the Nintendo 64 and i loved this game. Once i saw this for the Nintendo DS i wanted to own this game so much. This game is full of full reason being it is much newer and many different amazing levels and much freedom on in this game.once you unlock the different playable characters and the big differences is that you have many mini games to play and you peach's home is super big! I think you should buy this game if you have a Nintendo DS or Nintendo 3-D DS system.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better On Console I'm not sure why Nintendo wanted to bring this game back for DS first but it turned out to be an okay idea. The changes made to this game give it an old but new feel. If you're always on the go this would be a great game for you, I just think it's better to play platformers of this depth on bigger screens.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok I am sorry Ok this game is not really that good. I am sorry. I am still a Mario fan but this is the worst one. The camera angle are all out of whack. The controls are messy. And it is just plan confusing in so many different ways. The levels are cool but will get more hard as you get farer in the game. Then that's were the controls start to mess with you more.
