Resident Evil: Deadly Silence
Resident Evil goes everywhere
Resident Evil: Deadly Silence, I've been wanting it since the day it came out over four years ago. And that wait was very well worth it. I found a used version at a local Gamestop yesterday. The graphics just seemed to amaze me for being such a handheld game. Being a remake of the first Resident Evil, I could now understand the story to what started it all. Even more, it's a Resident Evil you can take everywhere to play and enjoy. The controls, like most of the others are the same. Hard, but easy to get used to. It's somewhat long, but enjoyable. I've been playing it all day and getting pretty close to the end with Jill. With two different modes, making the game more often to be played. The classic mode from the first game, and the Rebirth mode that uses the DS features with using the touch screan and blowing into the mic. Overall, this is a good game for any Resident Evil fan that wants to take the horror everywhere.
Just like the olden days
This game is awsome, it has the same voices from the original that just want to make you laugh but after awhile playing you get used to it and really enjoy their voices. The sound in this game is also awsome. What is so nice about it is that the sound really can put a lot of pressure on you, it can be really scary, entertain you when there is nothing around or if you are lost and the sounds of your foes can tell you where they are even if you can't see them on you screen. This game was seriously hard, I died 247 times during my first play through and the game does get very frustrating when you die after doing a lot of stuff and then having to do it all again but at the same time when you finish a difficult puzzle that took you forever to finish you feel so good and happy. The length of this game is very long, it should take you at least 12 hours to beat on your first time taking your time and not cheating. When I first when through taking my time with no cheats it took me 27hours 32min. and 17 seconds to finish the whole game. The controls in this game are terrible at first but arter a while you get used to it and youcan just fly by many areas. The graphics in this game a not that good but if you're like me they are awsome, because now and days the graphics in games are too good and look like the game is made of plastic but not this game. The graphics are good enough for you to tell what everything is and what it could do. And last but definitly not least, the storyline! This game's story just makes me want to never stop playing beecause even if you finish it you can always go through again to try to get unlockables among other things like go through again as a diffrent person or take more time to search around. In a nut shell, I give this game a grade of A or in other words 10/10
When I touched the game the very first time it was a horrific experience. Now when I touched the game for the Nintendo DS it was like going back to when I touched the very first game. I recommend to buy if your a casual gamer that likes playing horror games like Resident Evil.
Resident Evil for DS (not to shaby)
Ok, Resident Evil made a game in the DS system, is it good? Well of course, the story mode is awesome, the ending depends on what you do on the game, in which alot of DS' games lack of. There is a fair share of puzzles thruoghout the game in story mode. The graphics are not bad at all, although is a DS game, you can't complain for the graphics other stuff in the game makes that up. Monsters are not bad at all. Certainly, this Resident Evil is not to shaby at all.
It's Resident Evil 1 only remade for the DS.
Enough was said in the title, but that's basically it. Sure the graphics aren't all that great, but you have to consider when the first one was made. They wanted to stay as true as they could to the first one while adapting it for the DS. They even got the cheesy voice acting right. Any true RE fan that loved the originals should pick this one up.
THIS GAME IS LIKE THE ORIGNAL BUT PORTABLE BUY IT1
It will satisfy the classic gamers
This Resident Evil game will satisfy anyone that loved Resident Evil 2 and 3, as well as Code: Veronica X. It is just fantastic.
Great DS Resident Evil port
This is a great title for anyone with a DS who loved the original game from the ps1. It pretty much stays the same except for the additional modes and content made for the ds port specifically. I think it would have been better with the animated cutscenes from the gamecube remake though, the live action are really cheap. The gameplay is very good though so don't knock it for remaining true to the original!
not that good
the graphics are horrible i dont know how they could think to rate the graphics a 9 but over all this game is pretty bad i would not recomend it.
