Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wasted money The cover looked good, but when I played it I quickly got bored. All you do is fight with one other character. The thing I don't understand is why certain characters such as Kakashi and Lady Tsnada are weaker than most of the characters even though they are in a higher rank. One's a freaking hokage! If you want this game buy it used for a low price.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from i expected better When I first got this game I thought it was gonna be a great game but then I saw how sucky the graphics were and you couldn't save story mode for some reason (must of been my ds). The story line was all right but it was short cause I think it ended when Naruto had to master the rasengan to make Tsunade become the Hokage. The sound really got me mad so I played with the sound off. The controls were all right but they were a little hard to get used to. I really don't now which is better Naruto Ninja Destiny or Naruto Path of the Ninja 1. So onl buy this game if you are a die hard Naruto fan. That's probably the only reason I did. So I say if you want a good Naruto game for the DS get Naruto Path of the Ninja 2 becasue that is a way better game than this one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not up to the hype I have this game. Overall, the graphics are good for the DS. That's probably one of the few good things about this game. It's not too time-consuming for one. When I first got it, I sucked on the controls. That barely does anything to help it though. Even though I lost a couple times, Story Mode still took me only half an hour. I've only unlocked two of the characters you can unlock: Temari and Might Guy. You do get to play as Curse Seal Phase Two Sasuke and Nine-Tailed Naruto, even though I have yet to. That's probably the only part of it that's hard for me. I don't know how to unlock it though. It was kind of a disappointment, even though I still find it fun. I got this game on a trade, and I'm glad of that. But due to this, I got the bad end of the trade. You don't even want to know what I traded away. I wouldn't say you shouldn't buy it, but it's not up to all of its hype.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from disapointing i was looking foward to getting this game but when i got it, i was really disapointed. the story mode last about 5-20minutes, and on single player, its the same thing over and over again. i lost intrest in the game about 55 minutes after i got it. i would not recomend this game to my worst enemy. there are only four differant modes when you turn it on. there is story mode (lame), battle mode(also lame), multi-player( this is very slow. it takes for ever for it to load up. takes about 10 minutes just to start the freakin battle) and options( it just switches from normal to hard but i would have to say their isnt really much of a differance. just click A and B really fast and you can easily beat any of the modes). i would not buy this for my kids. it would probley make them cry their eyes out. this game is the shortest lasting, boringest naruto game i ever played...

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It is NOT OK This game is really short. I love Naruto, the manga, the anime (aka:the tv show) as much as anyone else, but this game is bad. I was excited to get it, but it was a huge disappointment. The naruto games are usually good or great, but this one stunk. The story mode is terrible, it takes ten, twenty minutes tops to beat it. It has HUGE spoilers for episodes; oh say 60 to 100 I think. And you have to do it in order to unlock characters. You do it at least twice, once for each level of difficulty. Also the one player battles are somewhat fun, but get repetative. You pick somebody to play as and fight like five people. You can play as nine-tailed naruto and second-state sasuke which is very fun. But for real the characters are not balanced at all. Some inflict one and a half points and some three points; very unbalanced. BOTTOM LINE: It is boring and goes fast. Don't get it.
