Namco Museum DS
This game is very good, I love the variety, it is a lot different than the namco museum for the Gamecube or Gameboy. I also like how you can choose how you play the game, you can customize many things about it which I find to be very good, like how many lives you have and if you want to play the classic version of different games or the newer without glitches and such. The only thing I don't like about it is how it doesn't have pole position and the classic dig dug ( but dig dug 2 is awesome too). Overall I'd say it is a good game.
Not the best ds game but a good one! I would really buy this game.
Fun game for a car ride.
This game is very fun and when my family and I went on vacation, this was a great arcade game to pass the time. I have the original GBA ( Gameboy Advanced) version and it is really good, but this topped it! There is the original Pac-Man version, Mrs. Pac-man, and etc. Anyway this game is greater from the GBA version for several reasons. Reason number 1#, it has many more arcade games then the GBA version. 2#, the graphics are improved from the original version. 3#, you can use the stylus, when playing some of the games. Lastly, you can use the X Y button, unlike the original version where you only use the B and A controls, along with the L and R controls on both systems. So overall this game is a blast! Multiplayer is fun and it passed time for me, and it could probably pass the time for you. So go get this new, improved, specially developed, unique, Pac-Man game, now on the Nintendo DS!
it brings back what we know as old arcade games to an awesome hand held experience !!! transfering old games to the ds was an awesome idea!!!!
Good time killer!
Playing Galaga and Pac-man in the arcade was great and a good way to kill time. Now that I can play them on the go, I love them again!. Along with Dig-Dug, Tower of Druaga, Mappy, Galaxian, and Xevious, it is a great portable arcade collection. Buy!
I LOVE THIS GAME!!!!
If you liked Sega games when the Sega was out you will absolutly love this game or forget about Sega if you like Pac Man or Galaga buy it! it's amazing it has other games on their but not ones i'm very into. I love Pac Man and Galaga though. You can change how many lives you allowed in the games, and how many points you need before you get a new life. It's just tons of fun! i received this for Christmas of 2009 (i know a little lateo n the review) and i couldn't take my eyes off of the screen. it's especially great when you're sitting in the waiting room forever waiting for you doctor! On long car rides i sometimes get bored of other games, but then i think no worries i'll just play Pac Man or Galaga. They go one forever! If you ever remember the original Galaga or Pac Man yes you leveled up but did you ever realize there was never any actual end the levels just got harder and harder until all the ships blew you up or all the ghost kept eating you! This is the exact same! I high reccomend This game to any Pac Man or Galaga LOVERS!!!!!!!!
I have Pac-Man Vs for the gamecube when it came packaged with Pac-Man World 2. It is one of the greatest multiplayer games ever created. I really recommend this game if you have friends with ds's and if you like Pac-Man even the tiniest bit. I say it is worth it to just get it for Pac-Man Vs.
Namco Museum DS's looking fresh
this game looks rad just because it has an updated version of Pac-Man VS. Hopefully there're more levels to play through than the Gamecube version had though, if not, then this game means nothing to me. I could give two craps less if Mappy and friends are featured again for the umpteenth time on X console.
If you like classic and fun games then you have to get this game I played the GBA version and it was cool the graphics on this one are going to be way beter and by the way who doesn't like pac-man.
this is total BS
Sorry, but Namco/Bandai, there's no way on earth will I buy another Namco Museum game until you realize that there have been more Namco games that came out in the 1990s to arcades, like Tokyo Wars, Ridge Racer, Tekken, and Soul Edge. But people will just love to have another copy of Pac-Man. So I have a great idea. Release a Namco Museum that includes Pac-Man, Pac N Pal, Pac-Man Plus, Pac-Man CE, Tokyo Wars, Ridge Racer, Tekken, and Soul Edge. If Namco/Bandai can manage that, then I'd be interested. Sometimes you just have to let go.
