My Virtual Tutor Reading: Pre K-K 9 10 1 1

Positve Video Game I have a preschooler in my family, and we are working on letters and sounds. He is recognizing letters and trying to make their sounds. He likes to play with my Nintendo DS. Using that to our advantage, I got a copy of My Virtual Tutor. He worked/played by himself and with me. The game was a hit. The tutor was engaging and positive in her help and instruction. He liked the reading, voice recording and painting functions. Our only problem was getting him away from the program. We could easily track his progress.Thanks for a game format that helps children learn to read. A game, but so much more. Looking forward to the next level. This is not a baby sitter. On level 1 ( the only one I have used), the game needs the input of an adult to get the best results. 10/14/09
