Great game
I completely disagree with the two other reviews this game is aweasome the graphics are great for a ds game and the controls work well the only way this game could be better is a franchise or story mode

Don't let the graphics impact your decision.
I have an Xbox 360, but I still find time to play this game. It has probably some of the worst graphics ever in a game, but it's so addicting, I don't care. The one for the wii is a 100 times better, but kids with a ds, dsi, dsi xl, or kids that travel a lot, might want to consider getting this game. It's a great chioce!

No Seasons?
Well, this just stinks. I bought this game for the extensive dynasty and season modes from the console version only to find that there is neither. The game offers up only a handfull of underwhelming modes such as homerun derby and exhibition. There is a playoffs mode, but it only lasts a few games. It is a shame the game is so shallow because the play mechanics work as well as the console version. Batting and pitching are a blast and the fielding can be adjusted to your liking. The graphics are nice, but dont have all the funny little details that the console version has like players hair styles and batting stances. there is a rather deep team editor that allows you to basically take any player from any team, but since there is no seasons or stat tracking it makes precious little difference. Skip this shabby port and stick to the console version of Power Pros, and maybe they will get it right with next years inevitable follow-up.
