Are you up to the Challenge of these fun spelling & word games?!

Flash Focus: Vision Training in Minutes a Day features a number of activities that test all aspects of Focus Power, including some fun, sports-based activities:
  • Symbol Order: Three symbols flash on the screen in any of the 12 boxes. One symbol appears at a time for only a split second. The challenge is to remember each symbol and then enter all three symbols in the order in which they appeared.
  • Box Tap: Furiously tap a series of moving red boxes before they disappear. The more users successfully tap, the higher the score.
  • Number Flash: In this activity, numbers flash very briefly on the top screen. Users must then choose the correct number. As the activity gets harder, the number sequence gets longer.
  • Box Track: A circle is placed in one of three boxes. The challenge is to follow the box with the circle in it as the three shuffle rapidly on the screen. Users must then tap the box with the circle in it.
  • Circle Spot: In this activity, symbols appear for a split second in 12 boxes arranged on the touch screen. Users must tap the only circle among the symbols.
  • Letter Count: Users quickly memorize the target letter, then count how many times it appears as a fast-moving series of letters moves across the screen.
  • Fast Match: Users quickly look at the two symbols as they flash on the screen, then decide if they matched by tapping on the touch screen.
  • Baseball: Tap the ball on the touch screen as the pitch crosses the plate to score a hit. With each hit, the box gets bigger, making it more challenging to hit the speeding pitch.
  • Boxing: Pummel the punch mitt by tapping the center of the target before the sparring partner lowers it. Earn extra points for punching a clean hit in the center of the mitt with perfect accuracy.
  • Table Tennis: Users slide the stylus across the screen to volley the ball back to their opponent. Survive 40 volleys to earn a perfect score.

  • Boost Your Focus Power: Train with quick, fun activities based on vision-training programs used by top athletes.
  • Put eyes to real-world tests: Take a swing at a speeding pitch, outmaneuver incoming linebackers and strike the soccer ball into the goal in fun, sports-based training activities.
  • Pick up and play every day: Users complete daily training activities to challenge Hand-Eye Coordination, Peripheral Vision, Dynamic Visual Acuity, Momentary Vision and Eye Movement, then track their results with a calendar and easy-to-understand charts.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Another Brain Age Pros: have fun while improving your eye site Cons: no multiplayer This game would have been worth preordering This game is just like brain age except it doesn't have a multiplayer and it is obviously about the eyes instead of the brain. The biggest attraction about this IP is the highly fun sports games. You'll find yourself wanting to play those over and over again. To a point you'll eventually start wishing they would make a sequel and allow you to play the sports games for a longer period of time. In my most honest opinion I think this game is funner than brain age, but it just needs a multiplayer to get that full 10 stars! So when a sequel comes out for this game. Make sure you preorder it or you might kick yourself. Until then, you most likely want to pick up this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DS Masterpiece I would recommend Flash Focus to anyone and everyone. I didn't necessarily think my vision was bad, but hey, it could always be better, right? Right. Flash Focus was not only fun, but I LEARNED from it. I learned about the eye and what it does, and what happens when other things happen. I learned about different kinds of vision and how to improve them. With similar games, there's usually a few mini games that I didn't really like, but not with Flash Focus. I loved every single game and wanted to keep playing them, even when it said I should stop fo the day!! The sports games are alot of fun. Another cute little aspect is the people who bring you through the game. With similar games, you usually have one main "teacher," but with FF, you can a variety of little pixel guys. They're awesome. Definitely get Flash Focus, you won't regret it and neither will your eyes!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top of the Line Game! Flash Focus is one of the best games ever made for the DS. Not only are the graphics the best, but the game play is easy and fun. What I really like about this game is you can play for a few minutes or a few hours a day and not be bored with it. The mini games will keep a persons interest's going. I think that it is cool to play ping pong, volleyball, baseball, football, soccer and basketball (all my favorite sports). I definetly rate this game a 10 and look out Brain Age, this game has potential for a sequel also. I rate this game for players of all ages, and yes I am an adult that loves to play games that challenge the mind. The price tag on this game is perfect. It's not going to bankrupt you to own a copy of Flash Focus. I highly recommend this game!
