Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bringing back the days.... This is like one of those "medival" style RPGs, but more based here. You have like, castles, and monsters, but then you have these FRIGGIN tanks that you have battles with. The funny thing is, is that you're this blue slime ball thingy, and you can like, beat up stuff. I remember watching my friend having a tank battle with a some other people, and he won. He would like, step ONTO the battlefield, walk to the enemy tank, and like bring it down from the inside. This is a very good game that brings back memories!

Havent played in a while, but I really should.Get this gam if you want something original that didnt sell that well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A great game that will keep attached for days A wonderful game for all ages. This game will please even some of the more hardcore gamers. There are hundreds of fascinating characters that will charm your socks off. In the main town you can talk to other characters, surf and collect coins, explore the Palace and mess around in the library, and that's not even scratching the surface. The town is so big and surprise filled that I spent an hour just exploring. I have unlocked everything you can unlock and that has taken the better part of my free time. I was so exited when I finally unlocked the last weapon, that I decided to play the game all over again, just for that moment to happen again. sadly There is only one save file so if you have someone else who wants to play and you don't want to lose your data, you are in a pretty big dilemma. During the game, you can explore the maps and pick up items for later use in the many puzzles or in a tank battle. The movement from map area to huge tank battles is done nicely and the tank battles are pretty pleasing. Granted, there is quite a bit of repetition of gathering ammo, firing ammo, gathering ammo, firing ammo. But to make up for this the game has an entire roster of ammo you can unlock, along with unique crew members who will join you in a fight. The boss battles are also fun and the story funny and enjoyable even for older gamers. Over all this game is amazing, as it has kept me captivated for much longer than any other game has. It is one of those under the radar games that have sadly been overshadowed by the bigger brand name titles and has received little attention. But now that the price tag is so low, it is inexcusable to miss this purchase of a game that will keep you occupied much longer that one would expect.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Don't let the price fool you! This is such a fun game! Shoot me for saying I had no idea what Dragon Quest/Warrior was before playing this game - but now I'm playing Dragon Warrior for the NES and will be getting DWII later this month. For those of you that have never heard of this series this is a great game for the price to get you acquainted with the characters, music and feel of the series. The entire game itself is centered around tank battles in which you find ammo to launch at your opponent. You can even fling yourself across your DS screen! Though there is tons of wandering around collecting stuff and no turn-based battles - the real fun is in the tank battles. The story is a little watered down and the entire game took me roughly 10 hours to complete everything but you can't really beat a happy little intro to a series for ** bucks. Do yourself a favor - if you've never heard of this series or are even slightly interested and don't want to fork over ** - ** bucks for the newest DQIV then pick this lil baby up and see if you like the whimsical feeling of the series.
