Awsome Strategy Game
I have always enjoyed games such as cake mania and diner dash, and I purchased this game the day it came out. What I really liked about the game is that it gives you choices on which path you want to take, which makes the game more personal. It also has awsome sound effects for each of the customers that enter the store, for example, with a kid comes into the store, the child is stating that you know only a child would say, so without you looking at the line, you know it is an impatient child. Also, for each of the levels, different types of customers enter which make the game even more exciting. Also, unlike Cake Mania 1, it has much cooler upgrades, such as different types of T.V's and a cookie maker. For example, once you upgrade the cookie maker, you upgrade the amount of cookies that it makes, the first one that you purchase only makes 3, and the upgrade makes 4. Also, it offers different type of ovens, each with different types of shapes that the cake can make. For example, one oven will have shapes 1,2,3, and 4, and another oven will have shapes 1,2,5, and 6, so not all the oven produce the same shapes making the game that much more challenging. The same apply's for the frosting machines-with differet colors, so its not just the old boring colors of purple, white, brown and red, you now have many different colors to choose from. And the topping for the cakes are so cute, but I will let you see those for yourself. :) The endless shift mode is not what you may think, which was kind of my dissapointment. As you may or may not recall, in diner dash's endless shift, it does not end untill you lose a certain amount of customers, but in this game, it ends just like a regular level, but it just keeps going on with the levels. So, that was definatly not what I expected from the endless shift, and I really was dissapointed. What I did not like about the game is that when many customers are present in the store, I like to chain react and when the character is close to the item that I want to make, a check mark is not there, so I am not sure if I pushed the correct button untill after the item is finished. Also, the buttons are very closer together and it is much easier to accidently push the wrong button even though you fully intended the right one, which gets very annoying. Other than the buttons being too close and not knowing what I pushed untill it is already made, this game is wonderful.
